FFRLOUYI 88We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul

JJeanny Rose AlasianWe truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

📍 This location was very nice. Always there was a parking space for us this is a big plus.
🔥 Your own boiler with individual heating huge plus! I was pleased separately with warm floors: it is very nice to walk and warm the feet 😊
🚿 Excellent shower: good pressure, hot water was always thanks to its own boiler. This plan liked everything very much.
🛏 In the main bedroom, a large whole mattress was very convenient sleeping on it was pleasant.
🍳 Good breakfast, everyone with pleasure had breakfast and remained satisfied.
🧺 There is a washing machine. First there was no dryer and there was a question where to dry the clothes, but at our request it was brought. In the minus it is not written: the question was solved, and it is plus.
🙁 What didn't like:
🍽 Kitchen is disappointed. For housing, which is located as apartments, the equipment is weak: the stoves are not at all, so to prepare food will not work. Microwave too is not even to heat ready food anywhere. The settling was lacking dishes, cup and roller. After the handling, everything was brought, but I wish the necessary kitchen utensils were already on the spot.
🛏 The mattresses were inconvenient in the children's room felt very much springs. I would like to replace them.

EElena AntonovnaWe stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

GGuest UserThe hotel has good rooms with partial sea views. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. It is close to the city center in Yomra. However, the hotel is located on a high hill, making parking difficult. The dining room at the entrance and the terrace are designated for smoking, and have an unpleasant odor.
