Very clean and well maintained. I absolutely loved every single sec. Two besds breakfast was ok coffe was great. I absolutely recommend throwing is to everyone

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

The oldest small hotel in the town. It has a strong English style and ancient furniture. The photo is very warm. We booked the room three months in advance and the hotel upgraded us. We were very satisfied👍 We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel at 7:30 in the evening. We originally wanted to have lobster pasta, but maybe we went late and there was no lobster. We changed it to beef pasta and it tasted the same👍 The portion of the dish is so large that it’s a waste if it can’t be eaten by two people…

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Our room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable, with two comfortable beds and two TVs. There were three closets and even a fireplace, which made the room feel extra welcoming. The kitchen was also very well equipped with cups, plates, utensils, and everything we needed. Everything in the room was outstanding, and we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. However, I would suggest offering more non-pork options, such as chicken or beef, since many guests do not eat pork. One other area for improvement would be the swimming pool, which was not temperature-controlled and therefore we didn’t get the opportunity to swim during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

A little out of the town centre but there are public transport options in the area. The room was clean but the hotel felt a little dated overall.

I found it to be perfect for my trip. I was up there for the mountains and the location put me within 30 to 40 minutes or miles to the wilderness green mountains but still allowed for me to enjoy my basic habits like coffee (Starbucks and dunkin close by) and places to eat(plenty of restaurants and pubs near by). It is a bit strange not having an office to go to when questions or problems arise, but the manager Mike was fantastic and picked up the phone when I called to ask the one question I had (laundry room- it was free to use and although I brought my own detergent, I did see other customers use the detergent that was provided). All in all, very good place and i would stay again without any reservations!

Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking. Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided). Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room. Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower.

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time
