Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations. But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them). Rooms super modern and new (completely renovated, even the standard category I booked), large buffet with huge selection, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach. Service was ok. Note that it's a big resort, but there is a trolley train running around if you don't like to walk.

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25.
In general we're leaving with mixed feelings.
1.What's great:
- location & beach
- reception area
- swimming pool area
- animals in the resorts
2. What's so-so
- weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning
- rooms - spacious but a bit outdated
3. What's really bad:
- food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life
- gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame.
- internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow
Final verdict: we will not come back

This hotel is pretty good, especially the infinity pool on the roof, it's so beautiful! You can order your own breakfast, and there is freshly squeezed watermelon juice. The hotel's exclusive beach is on the first floor, and the beach is open at night. The sky bar on the roof is open until 11 o'clock. Overall, it's pretty good. This city is very beautiful.

The hotel was fabulous in that it was clean, spacious, modern, and had a calm business vibe. It is set outside of the main Madrid attractions, which is nice for business travelers. If you are traveling to see the sites, you will need to take an Uber/ taxi, which is about 15-20 minutes per traffic and time of day. It's not bad, but not ideal if you want to walk out from your hotel and be in the action. Apart from location, the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a modern vibe, and has some cool restaurants located around its vicinity. Im a huge fan of AC hotels now because of this beauty we stayed at in Madrid! Although its kinda far from the attractions, I'd still return and stay at this location again and refer it to future travelers!

What an amazing place. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The friendly staff made my check in pleasant. Shout out to señor Francisco from the Mexican restaurant. He and his team were awesome. The food was delicious. The buffet restaurant is packed with goodies. Anything you want you can eat. Justin was super nice. Best waiter ever. The resort is clean, well maintained, and the landscaping is beautiful. Overall, had an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.

It has been a pleasant stay. The customer service provided by the hotel has been satisfactory in general. The all-inclusive offer could be improved from my point of view. And for that price it could have included the transfer. Improvable facilities, especially the gym, which is not suitable for this hotel, is very small and inaccessible, it seems like a maze to enter. And the spa is also very poor and not even included in the offer of the all-inclusive package with a superior room. When in Spain 90% is included both services, transfer and spa. Great hotel, great chain, but my face of satisfaction for some other things remains indifferent for that reason... The variety in the food buffet was not too much either... it is compensated by the customer service and the environment of virgin beaches. Then a detail is the overweight in terms of street vendors outside and inside the enclosure...even with the massages...

GGuest UserI went with my two good friends on our yearly girls trip, and then my mom arrived for her bday. We all loved how beautiful and calm the beach was and all the amenities but we thought the food and drink was not on par with other Secrets or All inclusive hotels we have stayed in. I have stayed at Secrets the Vine Cancun 3 times, Hyatt Zilara Punta Cana, and Hard Rock Los Cabos. Also thought that during the day the pool area was vary boring except during the activities (water aerobics, volleyball, zumba) but it would be cool to have a DJ or louder more fun music playing. It was also very hard to find shade at the pool and the beach, wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. The night entertainment was great at Desires and at the lobby especially the Dj and bands that played more upbeat dancing music, and Black Coffee got everyone to dance and was such a great vibe, we love him. Our concierge/butler - Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano is a true Gem, the best concierge/butler I've ever had. He was super responsive and helped us out at all times. It was my mom's bday and he had the room decorated with cake and Champagne and she loved it. He totally made her day more special. Ultimately I thought that this Secrets was more for couples where most Adults only resorts are a bit more fun and have more of a variety of people of all ages, for example girls trip, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding party. it seemed way more focused for couples and we all felt a bit out of a place. Lastly our room smelled like mold, I wish we had complained and had it changed it because on the last day our Concierge/Butler allowed us to checkout late and then enjoy the resort and use a room just to shower before leaving for our late flight. The room that we used the shower in was the same size but no smell of mold. The service was amazing though, all employees were super nice, kind, helpful and smily they made the atmosphere so great! Thanks for everything!

GGuest UserWe had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

卢卢The hotel has a car at counter 35 at the airport exit, but there is a fee of 40 dollars for a family. Check out to the airport, there is also a car to send, but also pay 40 dollars per family. The wait time was very long when checking in. The waiters seemed to be very busy and very inefficient. The room sanitation is so-so, and the towels and bedding feel very old and not clean and white. But it feels very good after moving in. The hotel is very large and it takes two days to familiarize yourself with the environment. All-inclusive food and drink, including drinks, there are many restaurants with different dishes, very rich, and rich in seafood. There are also many small living rooms that provide food and drink during non-dinner times. In short, you can find food at any time. The beach and sea water are very beautiful. There are different large-scale show performances every night, which is surprising because I did not see the introduction of the show when I booked the room. All inclusive of eating, drinking and having fun at the hotel, a great experience. The test for the new coronavirus is provided free of charge the day before departure, and the result is obtained on the day of departure. You need to present the test result when you check in.

NNicaurisUI’ll admit, the negative reviews almost made me cancel my reservation at the Nickelodeon Hotel—but I’m so glad I didn’t! I encourage everyone to experience places for themselves rather than relying solely on other people’s experiences (bad reviews). Everyone has different expectations, and some can be more demanding than others.
My family and I are pretty chill and laid-back, so even when a few things didn’t go exactly as planned, we were able to adjust easily and still have a great time. The overall experience was very positive—good food, super friendly staff, and great service throughout our stay. We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. Definitely worth the trip!

HHerreraThe hotel does not look like the pictures. When I got yo my room, on the first night my room smelled of urine, as if person who was belied me peed and the hotel doesn’t clean it. It was unbearable, I had to ask reception to come and sort it out because I wasnt going to be able to sleep with that smell. The housekeeper came and she swiped the floor and it was much better.
The toilet handle was broken despite the water flushing.
The room smelled out humidity.
Not very sure of they changed the sheets needles I got there or even after.
The food was all artificial food, nothing organic. All drinks were from those sachets. Even the sprite tasted different :/
On NYE the food was much better, there were good choices, but still artificial.
Overall, it wasn’t that bad, a lot of people seemed to be okay with it. I am very picky so I notice everything.

We booked the Tropical Deluxe room but we were given a room at the Caribe Deluxe instead, but it was okay as there isn’t much difference and the resort has the same amenities for both, but would be nice if we were given a heads up prior to us going in the room. The room was okay, quite small and a bit rundown and looks a bit different from what you see in the photos. Overall our stay was good. The beach was really nice, and there are lots of amenities in the hotel. It was also hard to book a reservation at the restaurants through their online app. Please stay away at the Tao Restaurant - ala carte. My husband had stomach flu and diarrhea after eating there. Too bad the hotel doesn’t want to do anything, so we ended up going at the private clinic inside the resort.

FFaraad KhanMy first all inclusive experience and it was beyond my expectation. I had a swim out room and was part of the preferred club, with a personal butler and food concierge to cater for halal food. The resort was beautiful with many pools, a serene beach and a lazy river! So many restaurants to choose from plus a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I spent the entire time at the resort with no need for any excursions. There were nightly entertainment, unlimited snacks and drinks [non-alcoholic for me] and twice daily house keeping. Overall, I would stay again for the food [taste, variety and service], amenities [lazy river!] and hospitality [friendly staff].
PS: You will also have access to all amenities of BREATHLESS, the adults only side.
