While there were a few minor issues with some details, overall it’s a very pleasant hotel.
The staff’s English may not be fluent, but using translation makes communication easy, and they are always very helpful.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years when I travel to South Korea. The Enford use to be the Grand Plaza. Enford seemed to have made several updates to the hotel.
One of the things that was attractive about the Enford was a grocery store in the basement. Unfortunately, the store went bankrupt and closed during my last trip.
Rooms are nice. Very clean. The HVAC system is a wonky, but nothing that would cause any issues.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Same with convenience stores.
The breakfast is great. Plenty of options and the food quality is good.
Laundry service collects up to three times a day.

어디 돌아다니시는 게 아니라 리조트 안에서만 머물 계획이시라면 최고라고 봅니다.
이 가격에 퀄리티는 나쁘지 않고, 부대시설이 이렇게 다양한 리조트는 없죠.
게다가 직원 분들도 매우 친절하셔서 중간에 소통이 잘 안 된 게 있었는데도 바로 조치해 주시고, 서비스도 더 해주셨어요.
체크인 시간보다 미리 도착해서 대기표 뽑고 놀이공원에서 놀이기구 타고, 썰매 타고, 체크인 한 다음 목장 갔다가 모토아레나 가고, 시간이 부족합니다 ㅎㅎ
밤밤테이블도 너무 좋았구요. 가족과 정말 좋은 추억을 만들 수 있게 해 주셔서 감사한 마음입니다.
꼭 더 길게 재방문 하고 싶어요.

급 정해서 떠난 여행이다 보니 방 선택지가 많지 않아 스탠다드에 머물렀는데, 화장실과 룸에 단차가 높아 임산부로써 다니기 너무 불편하고 무서웠습니다.
휴가차원으로 간거라 숙소에서 식사를 모두 해결하고 싶었으나, 입덧하는 임산부가 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 없어 어쩔 수 없이 외부에서 식사해결을 했고,
커피 외에는 제공되는 차가 없어 편의점에서 해결했습니다.
또한, 방바닥에는 이물 자국들이 여럿 있었지만 그냥 흐린 눈하고 지냈고, 곳곳에 감사하게도 구비된 간식들은 비어있는채로 있어 아쉬움이 남네요.
수영장까지 포함된 숙박비라 가성비 좋았으나, 수영장 운영시간이 짧아 아쉬웠어요.
산에 있다보니 밤에는 선선해서 주변 산책하기 좋았고, 저는 시간이 없어 보지 못했지만 영화상영까지!
가성비 숙소로 추천하지만, 숙소 식당과 주변 식당 운영시간이 짧아 이런 부분을 숙소에서 고려해주시면 좋을거 같아요.

가족과 함께 갔던 제천 이에스리조트는 아주 좋았어요. 사실 연식이 오래돼서 좀 걱정이었는데 그 걱정을 다 날려 버릴 만큼 멋진 경치가 있었어요.
1. 방: 아주 따뜻하고 넓었어요. 그리고 경치도 정말 좋았어요. 객실에서 호수가 보이길 원했는데 딱- 보였어요.
2. 화장실: 이 부분이 좀 오래된 감이 있었지만 그래도 청소가 잘 돼 있었어요.
3. 시설: 우선, 산속 오두막 같은 느낌으로 리조트 전체 조경도, 경치도 좋았고 아기자기하게 꾸며 놓은 것들도 예뻤어요. 리조트 안에 있는 오리들 염소들 모두 귀여웠고요
4. 위치: 케이블카 탑승하는 곳에서 멀지 않았고 호수에서 가까운 곳이라 운치있고 좋았어요.
5. 만족도: 5점 만점에 4.5
가격도 저렴했고, 부모님도 저희 부부도 만족했어요~!

I was here on a cultural exchange, and this was such a great hotel. Many close by sights to visit, but you definitely require a car. I had a guide and a driver so could take full advantage of the area. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the air is fresh. I highly recommend this Hotel.

학학주1. Location: While close to Yullyang Residential Complex, the hotel's location is a bit awkward/inconvenient.
2. Cleanliness: Both the room and the swimming pool were clean and well-maintained.
3. Service: The front desk staff were quite unfriendly during check-in.
4. Facilities: The AC system is a centralized air circulation type rather than individual units, and it didn't seem to blow any cold air whatsoever. I couldn't sleep due to the heat.

AAilunzzaWe visited during the off peak season so many facilities were closed. We went to the hotel for the specific reason of visiting the swimming pool but it was closed, and on trip.com it wasn’t clear. Because it’s off season, though, the price is quite reasonable. Location wise you must visit by car, it’s only a 5min drive to the nearby tourist spots which is important because only 1 restaurant was open and not too cheap. The on-site convenient store was great though their selection was quite small.

When I finally met with a staff member, they spoke quite quickly, which made me really concentrate while they were entering my details – probably because it was peak season and very busy. After check-in, I headed straight to my planned tourist spots. It wasn't until I returned in the evening that I realized I hadn't signed up for the breakfast buffet. I was a little disappointed that the staff hadn't mentioned it during check-in, but I was able to re-book it for the third breakfast seating.
I was pleased with the facilities. Should I visit Danyang again with family or friends, I would certainly choose Sonobelle Danyang.
During my 1-night stay, I had dinner at MichaeWon and breakfast at Chef's Kitchen. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, and the AC remote control wasn't very clean.

GGuest UserTo celebrate my mom's birthday, we went on a staycation with the family~^^ It was really nice to have two rooms~ The refrigerator was big so it was great to store cake~!!
(I remember even in a famous brand hotel, the refrigerator was so small that I couldn't even store the cake.)
I had a really quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable time~^^

GGuest UserI think this is truly the best accommodation I have stayed in over the past few years.
1. An experience that felt like traveling to Switzerland for the end of the year.
I visited during the cold winter weather, but it was such a beautiful and exotic experience that it felt like I was staying at a local Swiss hotel.
The interior is designed around red bricks, and with many small daylight-colored bulbs and lights, a warm atmosphere permeates the air from the moment you enter.
It felt like I was on a vacation in Europe for Christmas and the end of the year. There were mountains and rocks outside the window, and since there was a fireplace burning firewood, it really felt like Switzerland when I went out in the evening to look at the fireplace.
2. As we drove up the hill from the hotel entrance, I realized it was a huge, beautifully decorated resort-style hotel.
Especially when arriving in the evening, the entire mountain along the road was lit up, making it so romantic and charming that it felt like we had rented the entire mountain for an event.
3. The room condition was excellent. Overall, the condition of the room—including the bed, bedding, bathroom, sofa, and table—is very clean, and it doesn't feel dated at all. Usually, even when staying at local 5-star hotels, the room conditions can feel a bit dated, which I find charming in its own way, but Nine Valley is truly clean and tidy.
4. There are many spacious areas available for use, such as the lounge, kids' cafe, and library. Every space is large and clean. We spent quite a long time playing in the kids' cafe.
The heating and cooling systems were set to the perfect temperature, allowing the children to play in the kids' cafe while the adults could relax comfortably nearby.
Regarding the 3rd-floor lounge, since there is a 24-hour convenience store on the 1st floor, buying a few cans of beer and drinking them in the lounge really created a festive end-of-year atmosphere.
5. Also, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly.
I am uploading photos, but they don't quite capture the exotic atmosphere.
This is a review I am leaving because I was truly satisfied, even though I stayed at the full price without any advertisements or discounts.

GGuest UserI moved by taxi because it is a bit far from the airport. The room is clean. There is nothing short of it, and there are bathrobes, toothpaste sets, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, etc. Free ramen (3 types) and snacks (this wasn't very delicious ...) were also placed on the 1st floor, and I was very grateful for ice and coffee. There is also a laundry. There is also a bathtub, which is nice for Japanese people. Still this price. If it's a little closer to the airport, there's nothing to say.

GGuest UserI think it's the best if you're planning to stay in the resort, not anywhere.
Quality is not bad at this price, and there are no resorts with such a variety of facilities.
In addition, the staff were very friendly, so even though there was something that was not well communicated in the middle, they took action immediately and provided more service.
Arrived in advance than check-in time, picked up a waiting ticket, took a ride in the amusement park, sled, checked in, went to the ranch, went to the motor arena, and there was not enough time ㅎㅎ
The night table was so good. Thank you for making me really good memories with my family.
I want to visit again longer.
