Hotel Dengan Spa di Alagoas, Brazil

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, muito amplo, bem espaçoso, porem precisa de uma reforma urgente. Fica parecendo que deixaram o mesmo sem manutenções e agora fica muito alto o custo para uma reforma total. Mesmo assim, gostamos bastante de lá, do atendimento, do café da manhã, da localização e o parque aquático é fantástico. Voltaria a hospedar no mesmo novamente, principalmente pelo custo benefício. Quarto com cama bem grande e vista para o mar. O hotel possui um dos melhores cafés da manhã de Maceió, com bastante variedade. Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo e é sempre uma experiência maravilhosa.

Bem localizado, ar condicionado bem gelado. Não disponibilizam cobertores, somente uma coberta bem fininha. Estava bem doente e falei com o rapaz da recepção, ele gentilmente se desdobrou pra me conseguir mais cobertor, pois estava morrendo de frio. Café da manhã bem fraco, poderia ser melhor..

Staff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

Hotel com divisões amplas, mas com um serviço que fica muito aquém de um quatro estrelas. Um dos ares condicionados era particularmente barulhento e o roupeiro é uma estrutura aberta típica de um hostel. Relativamente ao serviço, foi preciso pedir três vezes em dias diferentes na recepção para ter um copo no quarto, pois das duas primeiras vezes disseram que iam levar e nunca levaram. No dia seguinte a providenciarem um a empregada de limpeza levou! Falando em limpeza, num dos dias não fizeram limpeza, tendo sido necessário solicitar e noutro dia fizeram limpeza, mas não deixaram toalhas de banho. Demasiadas falhas para um alegado quatro estrelas em 5 noites de estadia. No pequeno-almoço nem todos os pratos/alimentos estão identificados, o que faz com que um turista que desconhece a gastronomia local não saiba o que está disponível. A simpatia nordestina é bem-vinda, mas não substitui formação e organização.

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

The room view was beautiful. Clean room, comfortable bed and great air conditioner. Good location in front of the beach and lots of artesanal stores. Breakfast was good as well. I didn’t like that on the 9th floor you can hear from very early all the noise of moving chairs and tables on the restaurant which is on the 10th floor.As well, for breakfast 9am we had to be in a line for 20 minutes to have breakfast, the restaurant space is small.

Excelente estrutura do hotel. Deck de madeira com cadeiras confortáveis, vista maravilhosa e acesso ao bar fácil. O hotel foi todo reformado e está ótimo de estrutura. Quartos simples, mas amplos e com tudo o que é necessário. Café da manha com vista para o mar. Café farto em variedades, principalmente de frutas e sucos naturais. Tapioca feita na hora. Só acho que poderia ter mais opção doce, só havia de coco com leite condensado. Cadeiras da praia simples e não muito confortaveis, mas as cadeiras e estrutura do deck é maravilhoso! Retornaria a me hospedar!

Right off the beach, with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, exclusive beach access, two swimming pools are also available. Breakfast and Dinner were included. The food was excellent, and the amenities were comprehensive with a children's center, gym, and spa all on site. Many of the friendly staff speak good English with a fascination for American guests. It's right near some excellent shopping in the city. Airport transfers are easy and the city itself is picturesque with a mix of styles ranging from colonial to modern. Our room was a little tired but was clean and well kept, and they are renewing the accommodations room by room so they can keep the revenue stream going. Highly recommended!

The bedrooms are so clean, comfrotable and fancy... And the staff makes sure you feel welcome and are clear about all the details from the hotel as soon as you arrive. The beach is spectacular!!! Regarding food, they have a QR system so that you can order which works perfectly, just like their Wi-Fi. What I would say regarding this point, though, is that they lack variety. We reached to Brisa after spending some days in Ocapora in Porto de Galinhas, so we were coming from an excellent, incredible service. The expectations were set high. Still, we found Brisa´s offer very, very limited. It´s like their food service was so desalinged with the excellence you see in every other aspect from the hotel. Also, I would recommend to anyone that´s not from the region to avoid the water they serve at the buffer. Only drink bottled water. My husband and I, having eaten different thing, both felt with the worst intoxication in a very long time.

Property is very well located, clean, pool was nice, view from the rooms were amazing. Staff were always very friendly and responsive. Carla and Andrea made our stay fantastic, gave us the best recommendations for tours around the city and accommodated any requests we had during our stay. The only small downside were the single beds in our rooms, they are quite small but I do understand this is the standard size in Brazil. Nevertheless it would be great if the hotel could upgrade them to bigger (double) beds int he future.
