The hotel's Spring Festival decorations seemed to block the main vehicle access, causing inconvenience for entering and exiting. If management truly considered the guest experience, they would at least choose times with less traffic for such arrangements. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, but there are few supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The reservations department showed a complete lack of awareness regarding their own issues (according to a self-proclaimed assistant department manager). When handling a lost guest request, they demonstrated a basic lack of service consciousness. On the other hand, the front desk staff were very proactive, responsible, and helpful, actively assisting guests with late check-out and document printing.

You don't even need to leave the hotel to try all the Quanzhou flavors, especially recommend the satay noodles. 3️⃣ Location + Value for Money is God-Tier Staying in the core area of the Old City for just over 500 RMB, and it's a five-star standard! It’s super close to West Street and Kaiyuan Temple by foot. Coming during the off-season was definitely a huge win. ❌【Cons, Honestly Speaking】 1️⃣ Dated Decor + Dim Lighting Being an older hotel, the decor style is a bit retro and old-fashioned. The room lighting is really just average; you have to turn on the lights even during the day. Sisters who prefer bright rooms should consider carefully. 2️⃣ Facilities are a bit old While functional, there's still a gap compared to newer hotels.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Jianye Road Station on Line 2. It's easy to catch a taxi to various attractions, and the Dongdu Passenger Terminal is about a 20-minute walk away. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they arranged our two rooms next to each other. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Ye Meilan, who was in charge of cleaning our room, is a very enthusiastic and meticulous employee. It was my child's birthday during our stay, and she helped us decorate the room, replaced the batteries in the fairy lights, and even placed a small hand towel specifically on the bathroom sink. She also gave us some great recommendations for attractions in Xiamen. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour food at the executive lounge were both fresh and delicious. We had a minor issue on the first day, and Yao Jieyi, a young lady at the executive lounge, was very serious and responsible in communicating with us. The duty manager that day also responded and resolved it quickly. Later, the hotel's General Manager, Mr. Jin, also followed up, showing how much the hotel values even small issues and resolves them quickly and well. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety, beyond the usual star-rated hotel options, including local Xiamen specialties like 'mianxian hu' (vermicelli paste). The breakfast hostess was also very professional and had an amazing memory; on our second visit, she remembered us and led us to the same table we had sat at the first day, saying it was 'our usual spot.' We received welcome fruit, a mini-bar, and free parking. Laundry sent in the morning was returned to our room by the afternoon, which was a great touch! 👍🏻 In short, all departments at the hotel have very enthusiastic and professional staff. I will definitely choose Pan Pacific Hotel again next time I visit Xiamen.

Environment: The ambiance is amazing, absolutely stunning. Waking up and opening the curtains, the garden view is simply stunning ❤️ Service: The lady at work number 041 was fantastic, warm and attentive, and even offered fruit, which was very thoughtful. They even had a food delivery robot deliver to the room. I'd definitely recommend staying here with friends ❤️

This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.

Our family of three had a fantastic experience staying in the loft room. The two-story layout with two bathrooms was great for minimizing disturbances, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. The hotel service was excellent; when I scraped my leg while out, I casually called the front desk, and they immediately sent up iodine disinfectant and band-aids, which was really thoughtful. The hotel's toiletries were high quality and pleasant to use. As we were traveling to Quanzhou by rental car, the hotel's parking was very convenient. It's also easy to get to Quanzhou city center and Xiamen from here. A truly pleasant travel experience!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. First off, the room was spotless, and the lighting was comfortable and not harsh on the eyes. The bathroom also had a great wet/dry separation, which I really appreciate. Secondly, the breakfast was varied and nutritious, and you could even pack it to go. Since I was in a hurry in the morning, I just grabbed some food to eat on the way, which was super convenient. The hotel service was also great; all the staff were welcoming with smiles, and you can even store your luggage there. Thumbs up! 👍

Staying at the InterContinental Quanzhou, just like Wu Lei! The lobby, inspired by the concept of 'Xuan' (a traditional Chinese pavilion), blends ancient Minnan architecture with modern design – I was immediately struck by its sophistication upon entering. The room also boasts fantastic views; the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a bright and airy feel that's incredibly comfortable. Outside, you're directly overlooking the sea, a cable-stayed bridge, and a Ferris wheel. They say there's only one thing to do at the InterContinental: lie back and watch the Ferris wheel sunset! The hotel is right next to Taihe Mall, and getting to most tourist spots and the city center only takes about 15-20 minutes by car, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is incredibly soft, and the hairdryer is excellent. All the little details are perfectly executed. Quanzhou is addictive, and I'd choose to stay at Taihe countless times again. Chinese tea set: plenty of tea varieties. Coffee capsules: convenient.

A perfect trip to Wuyi Mountain, and choosing Wuyi Villa was a wise decision. This is an older, well-established state guesthouse, offering not only beautiful surroundings but also outstanding service. From the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and introduced the hotel facilities. Later, while exploring the hotel's wooded areas, a staff member proactively offered to tell us more about the area. We felt genuinely touched and welcomed. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is just a stone's throw from the Wuyi Palace transfer point. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Next time I visit Wuyi Mountain, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.
