"We booked the two-storey villa and truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery within the hotel grounds, as well as the excellent service. From the doorman, restaurant staff, electrician, to the drivers — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
A special thanks to our Butler, Xiao Fang. She is such a lovely and caring lady — incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. No matter what we requested, she always did her best to assist. I changed my boat-ride schedule multiple times, and she handled everything with so much patience and professionalism.
Xiao Fang truly made our holiday more enjoyable and completely hassle-free.
We would love to come back to this hotel again."

The rooms have bathtub rooms and two bedroom suites, making them a great choice for both self driving and business leisure.
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The location is very convenient, within easy reach of the subway and the express bus station. They also offer a shuttle service to the north railway station, which is a great plus.
The room was spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the laundry room, which is well equipped with clean dryers and a steamer.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options that changed daily. It leans more toward an Asian palate, which we really enjoyed."

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

PPiaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent, convenient location right in the heart of the Sangu Scenic Area in Wuyishan City, making it super easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. As for the environment, the hotel has many rooms spread across A and B buildings. The cleanliness is top-notch; the rooms are very clean and comfortable. A major plus is the air conditioning – it's completely silent and even has a sleep mode, which is fantastic! This is definitely a great choice for a resort-style hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities feel a bit old, but the layout is decent. The hotel's overall environment is great, blending into nature thanks to its proximity to Dawang Peak. The staff are very proactive and service-oriented. We had originally booked two consecutive packages, but realized it would rain heavily during the latter half of our stay, preventing us from going out. We discussed this with the hotel, and to our surprise, they promptly agreed to cancel one package without any cancellation fees. They are incredibly thoughtful towards their guests, which is fantastic. Definitely worth coming back again.

The highlight for me was the hot springs – they were beautiful and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. There were also activities for kids and bamboo rafts to ride. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

GGUO GUIQINGThe Swiss Grand Xiamen is conveniently located near Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the Tiger City and China City shopping centers, and Zhenhai Road Metro Station, making it super easy to get around.
Dining is also a breeze here. The hotel has a coffee shop on the first floor, a buffet restaurant on the second, and a Chinese restaurant and dim sum on the third, plus room service. And the food is delicious!
They also have a pool and spa, among other amenities.
The hotel is kept very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Wwendyxiao121My overall stay was very comfortable. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being right next to the city hall area, which made getting around for business incredibly convenient. The surrounding transport network is well-developed, making daily commutes and travel hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out processes were efficient and smooth. They were friendly and polite, and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.
The executive lounge had an elegant and tranquil vibe, with a clean and comfortable environment, creating a great atmosphere for relaxation. The food selection was rich and comprehensive, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The hot and cold dishes, drinks, and snacks were well-balanced, catering to popular preferences. The dining experience was superb. Overall, every aspect was satisfying, making this hotel my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained.
The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around.
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.
