Service: The hotel staff all had professional smiles; some were genuine, while others felt more perfunctory, which guests could clearly notice. Environment: The highest hot spring pool hadn't been cleaned; there was moss growing on the bottom, making it slippery, which was a concern since we were with an elderly person. Facilities: Xiamen is still quite hot in December, so it's a bit hard to understand why the rooms don't uniformly provide air conditioning. Hygiene: At the buffet, I picked up a plate that had obvious dried-on food residue stuck to the bottom. Perhaps because it was a rare trip with an elderly person, my expectations were higher, but overall, it wasn't as good as my last experience here. I'd like to commend the staff member in the hot spring changing area at 3:30 PM on the 6th. As soon as I entered, they asked for my number tag and guided me, thoughtfully brought a waterproof phone pouch, and showed me the way to the hot spring area. Also, the security guard in the takeout area near the entrance at 7:50 AM on the 7th proactively helped hold the cabinet door when I had a lot of items to pick up. And the parking attendant or security uncle at the entrance at 1:00 PM on the 7th, when we were checking out, saw the elderly person walking and came over to help guide them, reminding them about the small steps. I only managed to get a photo of the hot spring staff's nametag, but I've provided the times for the other two staff members. I hope the hotel can convey my thanks to them. 🥹

The interior amenities are also incredibly thoughtful, with Dyson hairdryers and L'Occitane toiletries as standard. The oversized bathtub allows you to enjoy a bath while watching your favorite shows, and all the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary. Turndown service even includes sweet soup and pastries – the attention to detail is truly impressive. Plus, the hotel offers 24-hour golf cart shuttle service, free rental of Song Dynasty costumes for ancient-style photoshoots, and even experiences like seal carving and tea ceremonies, reminiscent of Song-era elegant gatherings. It's not just a place to stay; it's an immersive cultural getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to truly relax in Wuyishan!

If you're planning a leisurely trip to Quanzhou, Quanzhou Hotel is definitely the top choice. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, and the staff are highly professional. Crucially, the hotel's location is ideal; you can walk to the Confucius Temple, Kaiyuan Temple, and the Bell Tower within a few hundred meters. For attractions a bit further out, you can catch the 'Xiaobai' (mini-bus) right outside the hotel. There are also numerous dining options nearby, including Michelin-recommended restaurants like Citong Bieyuan and Nanquilou 1924, both less than 600 meters away. While the hotel's decor might be a bit dated, the meticulous and thoughtful service provided by the staff more than makes up for this minor flaw.

I have to say, this is a really great hotel! The massive floor-to-ceiling windows let you watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night, all from the comfort of the sofa. The room itself is super spacious and everything feels very new. The front desk lady provided excellent service, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring Fuzhou local snacks and even a live noodle and rice noodle station. They had both Chinese and Western options, satisfying my picky palate. If I get the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I'll definitely stay here!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, super convenient. It's right next to Bailuzhou Park, and the view from the window is simply stunning! With Christmas just around the corner, the hotel lobby is filled with a giant Christmas tree and various festive decorations, creating a wonderful holiday atmosphere and perfect for photos! The hotel environment is very clean, and the room was cozy, spotless, and soundproofed, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering Chinese, Western, and local specialties! Everything tasted delicious~ I'd also like to give a special shout-out to the lady at the customer service center; she was incredibly meticulous, thoughtful, warm, efficient, and provided truly attentive service. My stay this time was excellent and very satisfying. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit~

A truly excellent experience! The five-star service was absolutely impeccable. Just a note: swim caps are required at the pool. It would be great if disposable ones could be provided. Upon check-out, they even gave my child an adorable 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) themed water cup – it truly lives up to its reputation as the 'Hometown of Zhuangyuan'!

This is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in Quanzhou! I was in Quanzhou for a coffee festival and wanted a relaxing place to stay. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, and the views are unbeatable. The facilities are also great, and the rooms are very spacious. When you walk in, you can tell everything is new and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the bathroom amenities, which are all from Bvlgari – I absolutely loved them! The scent is so luxurious. Each room also comes with a capsule coffee machine, perfect for a morning coffee to kickstart your day with energy. Finally, I have to say that the hotel's service is truly exceptional. They reached out before check-in to ask about my needs and continued to check in after I arrived. The personalized butler service made me feel completely at ease.

The breakfast was excellent, especially the freshly cooked noodles which were delicious. The chef told me the broth is made from pork bones simmered daily, a true Fuzhou specialty! The hotel lobby is on the second floor. The front desk service was thoughtful; they called me in advance to remind me and provide directions to the parking lot. The facilities are comprehensive; the underground parking not only has ground-level charging stations but also a self-service car wash. When I couldn't find a print shop at night, the front desk enthusiastically helped me print documents for free and even offered to assist with laundry. For frequent travelers like myself, this kind of service, always prioritizing guest convenience, made me very satisfied. What truly surprised me was that it was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a fruit basket and well wishes, adding a beautiful memory to my trip! The room was also clean and comfortable, with excellent hygiene. I've saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time!

Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far.

It's quite good. The hotel is very new. We arrived at night. The on-duty Xiaoling provided warm service. We upgraded the room type and delayed check-out until 2 o'clock. Parking is free during the stay. It is next to Wanda Plaza and convenient for eating. There are welcome fruits when you check in (but the freshness is average). There is a minibar and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The tea bags are TWG, and the quality is OK. The toiletries are also very good and smell good. There are tpyeC sockets and USB sockets, which are very convenient. Contact the front desk to provide children's toothbrushes and drinking water, and the response is timely. There is a swimming pool and gym on the sixth floor. The water temperature of the swimming pool is 28 or 29 degrees, which is suitable and not too cold. There is also a small sauna room, which is recommended.
