Apart from the absence of parking space everything was fine inside the hotel : cleanliness, customer service, great breakfast...
The only negative was a bad experience my wife had at the hotel's Hair salon: very bad treatment from the salon guy! Unacceptable!

המלון נמצא בטיילת בלימסול אם כי לא ממש קרוב לאזור המרינה שבסמוך לה נמצאים כל מרכזי הפעילות בערב. יחד עם זאת יש קו אוטובוס נוח מס' 30 שנוסע לאורך כל הטיילת וקל להגיע איתו למרינה ומגיע עד לתחנה הסופית לקניון באזור הנמל קצת מחוץ לעיר. חזרה באותו מסלול. אין מציאות בקניון הזה ובכלל בקפריסין.
המלון ממוקם ממש על קו המים, יש בריכה למבוגרים, בריכה לילדים ובריכה לפעוטים ובריכה מקורה שהמים בה קרים מידי ועוד יש מזגן. בכניסה לים יש אבנים קטנות וגדולות ומי שאינו רגיל, זה כואב ואפשר להיפצע. לכן מומלץ נעלי גומי או להיכנס למים על גבי המזח מפלסטיק שמגיע לעמוקים. ההגעה למלון מלרנקה אפשרית במונית שעולה כ 50 יורו. הדרך הכי חסכונית היא לקחת את האוטובוס שאטל שעולה 10 יורו לאדם, פחות לילד. כרטיס קונים באשנב ליד היציאה מהטרמינל בצד שמאל. יורדים בתחנה הראשונה שלו בלימסול שנקראת סנט. רפאל ומשם בדיוק לוקחים קו אוטובוס 30 עם נסיעה של כ 10 תחנות לפחות. עולה 1.5 יורו, משלמים לנהג. יורדים מול הכניסה למסעדה שנקראת ”הגן” באנגלית, לבקש מהנהג. ממשיכים ללכת ברגל כ 40 מטר ופונים שמאלה בסמטה המובילה עד למלון, יש שילוט. המלון נראה נחמד בעיקר בשטחים הציבוריים, לובי. החדרים פחות, ריהוט פשוט ומאופק, לא משהו מפואר. הכספת לא היתה ניתנת לפתיחה, אולי בתשלום. יש קומקום עם קפה. מקרר קטן. חיבור מחשב לאינטרנט קווי, בתשלום. ארוחת הבוקר בסדר, בלי שינויים. יש מה שצריך לתפריט הישראלי, היו חסרות לי גבינות יווניות לבנות וסוגי מאפים. המלון מתאים למבוגרים, זוגות וכאלה שרוצים שקט כי אין הרבה מה לעשות בו ובאזור, מלבד מנוחה ושחייה בים או בבריכה. המלון עם ארוחת בוקר ואפשר בתשלום גם צהריים ב 23 יורו וערב ב 28 יורו, לא כולל שתיה. מים בחינם. חזרה לשדה בלרנקה אפשר באותה דרך, קו 30 עד סנט. רפאל ומשם השאטל לשדה התעופה. בדיוטי פרי שם אין מציאות, עולה כמו בחוץ וכמו בארץ.
The room was very big (deluxe suite) and very clean ,a great welcoming gesture with fruits and mini sandwiches, polite and helpful staff , abit far from the old city but 20 min drive you can get there , breakfast was good and freshy , private beach and nice indoor pool.one thing that we didn't like is that they first gave us the wrong room type and said it's what trip.com send them and only after second check they said that it's their mistake
Amazing hotel. Best location near the beach 2 min by walk. Can easily go to the Marina walking. The pool is very clean. Very clean and amazing service.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, right by the seafront, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from.
However, I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I can hear so much noise. They should have made the room with better soundproofing. Overall, I’d recommend the NYX Hotel Limassol to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay again.

- The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees.
- Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt.
- The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night

One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate.
We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel.
The bed we got was basically two separate beds.
The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice.
The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

The staff are incredibly unique, kind, took initiatives and looked after us very well!
Mr George at the breakfast area, restaurant manager Panagiota, that always goes out of her way to ensure we have the best time ever! *we ve returned and ate at Cape Aspro several times even when we were not guests at the hotel and the service was always top notch! Anna from kitchen and Petar who served us were also amazing!
Note that we are vegan & vegetarians and the whole team, from the chiefs to the bar members took extra care of us.
Our housekeeper Marites also took super care of us and our suit in such professional and friendly way! And always asked if we are having a great time and if we need anything else.
We also enjoyed the Spa and pool facilities.
I can go on for ages! Book and experience this incredible resort for yourself. It’s totally worth it!
