Pros - The room was recently renovated, clean - The shower was excellent - The hotel was quiet - The pool area was alright, clean - The breakfast was fairly tasty - We had no problem finding parking after coming and going Cons - The ‘air conditioning’ doesn’t go any lower than 22 degrees. - Most of the staff were rude. When targeted for taking breakfast out of the restaurant back to the room because my family were ill, I was so rudely told I couldn’t. Said they were ill and was again told I couldn’t unless they were ill. Well yes, I just told you they are ill and my room number was made a note of… why?! Not everyone wants to eat breakfast in the dining room these days. Another example of rudeness was at checkout when I wasn’t even asked how the stay was, just had my credit card snatched out of my hand to pay for my tab and handed back to me, luckily with a receipt. - The double bed was 2 singles pushed together, and we ended up rolling into one another all night

The hotel is located on the promenade in Limassol although not very close to the marina area near which all the activity centers in the evening are located. At the same time, there is a convenient bus line No. 30 that travels along the entire boardwalk and is easy to get to the marina and reaches the final stop at the mall in the port area a little outside the city. Therefore, it is recommended to wear rubber shoes or enter the water on top of the plastic dock that reaches deep. Arriving at the hotel in Larnaca is possible by taxi which costs about 50 euros. The hotel looks nice mainly in the public areas, lobby. The rooms are smaller, simple and understated furniture, nothing fancy. The safe could not be opened, maybe for a fee. There is what is needed for the Israeli menu, I was missing white Greek cheeses and types of pastries. The hotel is suitable for adults, couples and those who want peace because there is not much to do in it and in the area, apart from relaxing and swimming in the sea or the pool. The hotel has breakfast and it is also possible to pay lunch for 23 euros and dinner for 28 euros, not including drinks. free water Returning to the field in Larnaca is possible by the same route, line 30 to St. Rafael and from there the shuttle to the airport. We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children. One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate. We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.

I recently stayed at the NYX Hotel Limassol and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel was a very stylish and modern design, and the atmosphere felt both vibrant and welcoming. My room was small but comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, right by the seafront, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. However, I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I can hear so much noise. They should have made the room with better soundproofing. Overall, I’d recommend the NYX Hotel Limassol to anyone visiting the area, and I’d be happy to stay again.

This place is one of the best I’ve been to. The staff, the views, the restaurants… I can go on and on. The amazing rich smell that welcomes you inside the entrance lounge is quite unique! It has a little story behind it. Try asking about it on your visit! 😉

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Limassol was very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, and offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The service was friendly and professional, and the amenities met all of our expectations. The pool and common areas were well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay — perfect for a trip with friends. They take cleaning very seriously. Staff is polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful sea view balconies.

The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the beach. Breakfasts are delicious but repetitive. Cons: The plumbing is old and inexpensive, and they didn't provide toiletries, only soap and shampoo. There are only two outlets, and those are for the TV.

Typical hotel to host foreigners for whom parties, music, games are prepared... It's good because it doesn't affect the rooms

Stayed in the hotel over the weekend. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety and tasty as well - everything being fresh and top quality. We also enjoyed the spa zone, with the sauna being a bit small, yet everything was clean and the personnel overall was super friendly. Can recommend it as a nice retreat destination
