I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Being able to walk everywhere was an added bonus.
It was an excellent stay, and I will return next year for another marathon event.

Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more.
Overall, the hotel was very nice. The location is excellent, and the room was clean, spacious, and featured a beautiful ceiling decoration. One drawback, however, was that the room did not have any windows.
Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an incident at the hotel restaurant. After having dinner there, all members of our family became ill during the night with symptoms of food poisoning. As a result, we had to leave the hotel the next morning without having breakfast.
While we understand that such situations can occur, we were disappointed that there was no apparent interest from the reception staff in our experience or wellbeing when we checked out. This lack of response, combined with the incident itself, left a negative overall impression.
There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.

My family needed to leave the car in Marakesh for an overnight excursion (1 night). The manager denied the request (it took asking several people to get an answer) because someone had recently left their car in the lot for a month. We had two rooms in the hotel and were asking for 1 day - and we were trying to be honest about it. I would think you had several customers that take that type of excursion and that you could easily be accomadating to that need, especially since you advertise free parking. Otherwise the stay was good.
And you could have told us that that there was overnight parking available in the mall parking lot right up the street, instead of recommending a possible lot a 10 minute cab ride away.
The service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!
I booked this hotel especially as a keen fitness enthusiast, I liked the photos of the gym on the trip.com site and wanted to keep up with my running and weight training. On arrival I was told there hadn’t been a gym there for a long time (years). This wasn’t a good start.
The receptionists change often at the hotel and they make a big difference when we needed help. A few of the receptionists spoke excellent English and were so helpful. For example, a tour bus didn’t arrive one morning and the receptionist phoned the tour operator and was really helpful. I wish they had all spoken good English as it was quite stressful at times to understand them and versa versa.
The rooms are in need of some TLC and an upgrade. Considering the entrance of the hotel looks so nice, the rooms are quite dismal. However, there was hot water for showers and the rooms were mostly cleaned each day.
The breakfast was great with lots of choice and western options as well as Moroccan offerings. The chefs make omelette to request and another lady made delicious flat bread fresh in the morning.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming which we found is typical of Moroccan people, genuinely nice people overall.
The hotel manager and his team were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The food was of high quality, and both the service and reception were delivered to a very high standard.
Some challenges encountered, which appear to be beyond the hotel’s direct control, included the condition of the road leading to the hotel — rough and dusty — as well as the lengthy 45-minute journey from the airport. Additionally, there were WiFi connectivity issues during the first two days of our stay; however, these were eventually resolved.
Lastly, the intensity of the Marrakech heat was truly remarkable.
Overall, I would rate the hotel a respectable 7 out of 10.
Tout est parfait, mis à part un détail un peu mesquin: il y a une machine Nespresso dans la chambre mais pas de capsule!!! Lorsqu’on en demande, il faut payer!!!!!!
Ce n’est pas grand chose bien sûr, mais ça gâche l’image!
