Spend 5 Pesos to move around in Mexico City. 5 minutes away to the Park and 10 minutes to Place of Art. Three Chinese restaurants and 7/11 , supermarket next to hotel. Bring your bottle for cold or hot water at the ground floor.

Приехал раньше на два часа, заселили только по времени. Персонал отзывчивый, номера хорошие, но чистота хромает. Проживал 5 ночей, из них три дня не работал лифт. Месторасположение отличное.

My stay is good. Staying there for one night during transiting. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff speaks English. Within 15 min of driving from the airport there are no traffic jams.

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

The location is good, prety close to the airport and to the old city center. Maybe the stuff might be a liiiittle bit more helpful, or a little less arrogant, that would help.

El Hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes. Zona Rosa, Líneas de Transporte. El CAS y Consulado es lo único bueno, Las habitaciones están normales, pero no tienen escritorio como lo muestra sus fotografías, lo cual si vas por trabajo es incómodo, yo llegué en la noche, si tienes reservación y tienes todo pagado, es ilógico que te pidan una identificación física cuando puedes usar una digital, solicité que me dejaran subir a la habitación para sacar de mi maleta mis documentos ya que venía de un viaje de Bogotá muy largo y pesado. todos mis documentos estaban en mi maleta, tuve que abrirla en recepción lo cual fue muy incómodo y complicado. Cuando podía subir a la habitación buscarlos y traérselos en 5 min. Sus instalaciones son ya viejas, el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido, todos los días entre las 8:30 y 9:00 van a preguntarte si quieres limpieza de la habitación, tuve que poner letrero de no molestar, para tener privacidad y poder trabajar en mi habitación, se escucha el ruido de todas las habitaciones, los muebles son muy antiguos, el WiFi fallaba muchísimo, tuve que Mi último día aún cuando de tener el letrero de no molestar, fue la mucama a ver si seguía en la habitación cuando el check out era a la 1 pm En el tiempo que estuve nunca cambiaron sábanas, me dejaban las mismas toallas. Inclusive me dijeron que porque quitaba la colcha de la otra cama, era muy obvio tenía frío. No hay mantas. Tuve que solicitar una. Tuve que poner el letrero de no molestar para que me dejaran trabajar y tener privacidad en mi habitación. Aunque se escucha todo el ruido de las demás habitaciones, si la habitación contigua bajaba la palanca del inodoro el de mi habitación se activaba. El último día tenía igualmente el anuncio de no molestar mismo que no les importó y nuevamente me fueron a tocar a las 10 am diciendo que pensaban que ya me había ido cuando el check out era a la 1 pm, paso 1 hr le pregunto otra mucama que si la princesa por fin se había despertado que si me creía muy jefa para que no me molesten, creo yo que por eso pago! Y yo decido si me molestan o no!!! Pésimo el WiFi no funciona bien, y si crees que vas a poder trabajar con eso o poder usarlo para una video llamada o zoom no vas a poder hacerlo bien.

Good location, cheap to get DiDi to and from airport. There is a little traffic at night so beware. They don’t provide toothbrushes, but otherwise room is good.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗。首先，酒店位置很好。交通便利，附近很多餐館商店，屬於當地的小資區。房間乾淨衞生，服務員樂於助人。尤其是那位年長的bell boy，非常親切幽默。如果房間配有咖啡壺就更完美了。

The hotel room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the hotel staff provide very professional and attentive service. The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket just 50 meters away, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

WiFiが絶望的にダメ。回線速度はちゃんと出てるのに、繋がらない、途切れる事が多々。辛うじて繋がるのは廊下側だけで、仕方ないからネットに繋ぐときにはわざわざベッドから離れて廊下側まで移動していた。 バスターミナル近くの立地、広さ、清潔さ、スタッフの丁寧さ、全てが良かったのにWiFiのせいで台無し。 WiFi is hopelessly bad. The connection speed was good, but it was often disconnected. The only place I could barely get a connection was on the hallway side, so I had to move all the way away from my bed to the hallway side when I wanted to connect to the Internet. The location near the bus terminal, the space, the cleanliness, the politeness of the staff, everything was good, but the WiFi ruined it.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Stesen Bas Utara dan bilik-biliknya besar dan bersih. Terdapat tarikan, Gereja Guadalupe, 3.2 kilometer jauhnya. Peralatan mandian dan cawan pencuci mulut tidak disediakan.

包早餐，房間整潔，酒店沒有接送服務，職員服務殷勤，酒店連接商場，非常方便，由酒店到機場要打車，需時30分鐘。

400元一晚！在當地雖然不算貴，但比國內差了點，國內400元比這豪華！在同程和攜程都下單，同程能抵券，便宜一點！我這裏要吐槽攜程，差極了！服務差，解決問題差！機票9000，7個小時後衹需5800，我要退票重新下，就是不讓我退，讓退差價扯七扯八，3200差價退2000，不要在攜程上購買機票，宰人！

服務枱的女士非常耐心的接待了我，房間非常乾淨並且足夠大，設施齊全，網絡很好👍可惜我沒有預訂更多的時間，下次再來會優先選擇這裏～

The hotel is just above the shopping mall with a direct entrance which is super convenient. Overall experience is impressive.
