The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.

The hotel is not far from the Great Falls and the airport. There are always cars in the doorway. The hotel is very big. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and an oversized football field. The facilities are great, except for the bed in the room. All can be.

We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The hotel staff treated us very warmly and made us feel at home. I had a massage at the spa and after doing it, I felt very comfortable and strong! There are very exciting cultural and artistic performances every night! But the restaurant has individual employees whose work performance can be improved, for example, I booked a table for dinner, but when my roommate went to the restaurant to pick up the table herself, she said she could not find my reservation! The food for breakfast was varied and high quality, but the cut fruit had a couple of fruit flies flying around, which made my appetite decrease!

It's strange that there's no sign over the main entrance and the facade looks very sad. Very slow elevator, good pool.
