Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

I had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are OK, but there are no toothbrushes, soaps and other supplies, so you need to bring your own. The sleep is very quiet, the breakfast is rough, and the price-performance ratio is average. There is no better choice in the local area.

Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located on the seafront, very spacious, majestic and beautiful. Great view of the sea from the windows. Good bar. There is parking.   The breakfast is great!   I highly recommend

Same as the previous review, the location is good, at the highway exit, the room facilities are old, but the hygiene is good, the hotel is not big, the breakfast is okay, there is a local barbecue restaurant on the first floor

More than ten minutes drive from the Ford factory, the environmental sanitation breakfast is very good. The location is remote, sometimes it is not easy to take a taxi, the front desk can help call a taxi.

We stayed for 2 nights. The cleanliness was good, but things like toothpaste and liquid soap were missing. They provided only one pair of slippers for two people; we called and asked for more, but they said it was late and we could come and get them ourselves. Since we weren't the source of the problem, we didn't go down. The restaurant menu was generous considering the accommodation price. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, but the service could be improved.

Beautiful hotel right next to sea , amazing food and drinks , gorgeous swimming pool and lovely comfortable sun beds

Comfortable bed, with heated toilet floor. Very spacious and has full amenities. The cafe serves great meals.
