Very clean and next to sea hotel. Service at restaurant can be improved, waiters are plenty but no one sees that guest request are fulfilled they merely become messenger pass the request to another in the end no one has the responsibility.

Если хочется больше морепродуктов - 10 минут пешком кафе Капитан. Из минусов: 1. главное: срочно на пляж нужны ещё лежаки. Ну не хватает!!! Занимать приходится, ну что за бред. Огромный пляж, места много, пальм много, под которыми полежать можно, а не на чем. 2. Завтрак слабоват, но голодными не останетесь. На мой взгляд не соответствует цене. 3. Далековато от всего, ну вообще ничего нет, тук-тук в помощь. 4. Персонал бывает, скажем, тормознут. Но стараются.

Mooie hotel met mooie kamers. Eten kan beter en smaakvoller. Zwembad is te ondiep en erg warm. Zandzakken aan het strand was geen mooi gezicht.

Perfect play with the helpful and greatest stuff I ever recognized. Very tasty food and drinks. Very private and Wonderful place to relax. Lots of animals, like the giant squirrel, monkeys, birds, lizzards, cats, dogs and so much more. It's one of a kind place to stay here. It's surely 5 hours driving from Colombo but it's all wait worth. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at jetwing surf! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful view from our room. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

we booked on september 2021 with my 20 friends just 1 night, the swimming pool is super and also famouse Nilaveli Beach Just 500 Meter from Sun Star Nilaveli. All Meals are perfect and manager is very kind and take care everythings, staff also good

Thrilled and super happy to have come back to Nilaveli Beach Hotel after many years, to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary! The hotel is enchanting and surreal with wonderful food and warm hospitality.. The room we stayed in was magical with it's comfortable setting and just a hop form the beach. We enjoyed the sun, sea and hospitality with special mention to Mr. Sudha who does a fabulous job to keep the place special with his kind, warm demeanor and hospitality. We will definitely come back sooner this time specially to enjoy the sensational food there! Thank you for making our stay special ❤️

From the booking to the travel to the stay was a great experience. The journey from Colombo was so adventurous and scenic. We took the highways to the location and o our way we visited Ritigala Monastery. Since we were getting late to check in, we called Deva of C Beyond asking him to prepare the Lunch for us. When we reached the destination, it was so peaceful, calm and quite with a lot of smiles while welcoming us. They had laid the lunch for me and my family which was so tasty. Room was spacious and very well setup with AC, Fan, Locker, Kettle, Tea/coffee, Water with an amazing view of the lagoon and the sea. The food was amazing with variety of options to choose from. Food was mad available fresh at the time we wanted to have them. The portions were substantial and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. They accommodated all our requested as and when we requested. The Room Service was very good and spontaneous too. They arrange the Pigeon Island tour to and back at a discounted rate. Me and my family really enjoyed the tour and snorkeling was a great experience for my kids. To wrap up, our holiday to Nilaveli was an amazingly relaxing experience all thanks to C Beyond which we will always come back to and recommend to any traveler who wishes to plan your next destination to Trincomalee (Nilaveli Beach). My wife and I, together with 2 more families spent a long weekend at this fantastic hotel on the beach in the eastern coast of Sri Lanka. The rooms had all possible amenities with a very comfortable bed. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well designed. The staff was very helpful and took an extra step towards making our stay very comfortable. Although the food range was moderate, it was tasty and palatable. The pool and the garden area was superb. The sea was little rough and better to visit in July during the season. Overall I give 5 stars.

The hotel looks very primising in the pictures, beautiful setting and facilities. Unfortunately we were a bit disqppointed on the way it is managed. It looks like the place is abandoned relying on its own structure and pictures. Pros: - beautiful setting and location, in front of a beautiful beach. - rooms are well done, big bathrooms, nice outdoor area. - faclities have a beautiful decoration, the bar, the restaurant. Cons: - cleaning! The resort has a cleaning issue. To the point that we wrote ”clean me” with our fingers on the restaurant toilet mirror, and it was there during our entire stay. Nothing has regular cleaning, spots everywhere, toilets are terrible specialy the poil toilet (see pictures). - bar drinks are not good. We tried many drinks and juices in all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, and this one we had to give up, drink after drink, juice after juice, were not good at all. Also the drink glasse come very very dirty. - bar is beautiful but never had any music during our stay. Its a silent empty place, no one uses it... and the bartender usualy is not there which makes it a ghost place. - service is welcoming but not prepared. For example before you reach the breakfast area upstairs they ask you: ”what do you want for breakfast? So i dont have to go upstairs to ask”, overall staff is tired, not motivated and have no training, they are as abandoned as the hotel. - spa was closed during our entire stay, because the lady had days off. So we booked a hotel with a Spa that did not exist...you have to be lucky not to book on her days off. - when at check-out i tried to tell them the place have lots of potential but they need to pay attention to this details they just replied: thank you for your stay, please make us a review on tripadvisor! So they just don't pay attention... which is sad to see. I wish they could change the management and have someone motivated and energic to transform the place into the best hotel in Sri Lanka, because they could be.

I recently stayed at the Giman Free Hotel and had a unique experience. This hotel is truly isolated, far away from civilization, making it a perfect spot for introverts or those looking for solitude. While the hotel itself is clean, it is clear that some renovations are needed to update the facilities. However, the staff more than makes up for any shortcomings with their friendliness and willingness to accommodate guests. The restaurant at the hotel surprised me with its delicious food, which I found to be better than what I have experienced at some five-star hotels in Sri Lanka. The beach near the hotel is clean. However, the downside of the beach which is very wild and long is the amount of garbage and plastic that washes up on the shore. Since the beach is deserted it was disheartening to see all the pollution scattered along the shoreline. Overall, if you are seeking a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Giman Free Hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for a bit of roughness around the edges of the beach.
