Место хорошее , цена приемлемая . Не было WiFi 5 дней из 8 . Еще внимание к иностранцам кто приезжает . При въезде в Сербию и заселении , по закону вы обязаны в течении 24 часов делать регистрацию в полиции( БЕЛЫЙ КАРТОН) . То есть собственник жилья обязан сразу с вами пойти и это сделать без него не получится . В противном случае при выезде из Сербии можете столкнуться с проблемой что не было регистрации . Договаривайтесь об этом сразу еще при бронировании , чтобы не было накладок . Гостиницы делают это сразу сами автоматически . А в апартаментах как в этих нужно делать с хозяином . И если он не может , не хочет или некогда а у вас пройдут сутки , то проблема которая может возникнуть будет только вашей проблемой ( а она может быть большой ) . В остальном все прекрасно . Замечательный город , прекрасные люди .

我覺得這個酒店除了地理位置差一點，其他都挺好的，後面有個漢堡店挺好吃的，周邊都是超市，去廣場要2公里了，住着不錯的，走路去景點有點累的
千萬小心這個門的保險，弄進去就打不開門，老外反正沒啥解決問題的辦法，我純自救，用浴袍的帶子，自己拉開的😖😖

After reading previous reviews, we were hesitant to stay here but had already booked in March. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly lady who gave us a map of the area, showed us our room no 210. We had requested for a big room so were given a family room.
It was huge, with a sofa, an arm chair, small desk and chair, cupboard with shelves and hangers. Bathroom was good size too. Looked new. Window was big and high so couldn't open. We had no noise disturbing us so was quiet.But AC was great. We had breakfast in their cafe below and was good. Choice of a few items with orange juice and coffee. Location of Kombinat rooms was awesome. Just a minute into the church square in old town.

Апартаменты чистые, очень удобный матрас, супер жесткий. Подушки высоковаты, если кому-то это важно. Номер чистый, все в целом хорошо. Из минусов - на нашем этаже был ремонт в соседних апартаментах, просыпались под ремонтные звуки в 9 утра ) Хотелось бы добавить крючки в ванную, который не на двойном скотче, а что-то покрепче. Из минусов на этом все.
На первом этаже хороший ресторан, завтраками европейские, все вкусно.

GGuest UserA decent small hotel right in the town centre. The rooms are clean, but small. At least, they have the elevator. Wi Fi is ok. Friendly staff at the front desk. The drawback is the proximity to night clubs and bars: it's complicated to get asleep till 4-5 am. Also, the walls are very thin, thus any noise is a mess.

GGuest UserYou know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.

It is a castle, you can see the Danube, the environment is good, the room is attic, relatively small, the top of the bathroom bed is oblique, because it is the cheapest room, the room where the servant should live, small, and green Similar to the stinky big sister's bug. GGuest UserMy wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

GGuest UserThe apartments are clean, very convenient mattress, super hard. The pillows are high if anyone is important. The room is clean, everything is good overall. Of the downsides - on our floor there was repair in the neighboring apartments, woke up under repair sounds at 9 a.m. ) I would like to add hooks to the bathroom, which is not on a double scotch, but something stronger. Of the downsides on this everything.
On the first floor a good restaurant, breakfasts are European, everything is delicious.
