The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to ramada murree on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Sarapan pagi rata-rata, hotel di lokasi yang baik, menghadap zoo, saya sangat berpuas hati dengannya, sekurang-kurangnya di sini di Pakistan, hotel ini bagus. Ia agak mahal, dan hotel yang menyukai Islamabad kelihatan lebih selesa. Ada periuk panas! ! ! ! Secara keseluruhannya saya berpuas hati😃

very good amazing system.It's a really good place. The service is good plus the rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly. Plus when you'll order the food it's will be fresh and hygienic. And even the washrooms and the towels. So overall it's a good package.

종업원들이 매우 친절하고 깔끔한 복장으로 응대하여 기분을 좋게함 약간의 문제 발생 시 다시 말해 ROOM KEY가 작동하지 않을 시 요청하면 적극적으로 응대함 휴일에 외부에 외출하지 않을 때 호텔 내 레스토랑에서 식사가 가능하고 LUNCH는 가볍게 PIZZA 등을 즐길 수 있어 부담이 없었다 5층에 GYM 이 마련 되어 있었지만 단기간 이어서 이용하진 않았다 혹시 발생할 지 모르는 사고를 예방하기 위해 호텔 정문에 차량 출입 시 경비들이 폭발물 등을 철저하게 점검하기도 하여 안심이 됨 특히 ROOM 관리 시 Manager Mr. Nauman waseem 나우만 와씸 이 직접 방문하여 점검하고 적극적, 친절하게 지원해주어 매우 감사했음

It was one of my most memorable stays. Excellent quality of food at basant courtyard as well as the environment was amazing. Rakaposhi restaurant was Level up. Room service and interiors ❤️✨ and breakfast at wildrice restaurant was a cherry on the top.

Siendo completamente sincero la propiedad, en sí, no es mala pero todo lo que brilla no es oro. El hotel huele a humedad, pero muchísimo. Desde la llegada tuvimos el problema que me cobraron la totalidad y fue debitado de mi cuenta y les mostré pero el datáfono de ellos mostraba “denegada” y les dije que una vez reembolsada yo pagaría de nuevo para no pagar dos veces. Eso fue un problemazo y bueno al final decidimos esperar hasta la mañana pero ya luego de perder mucho tiempo. Pasé la noche sudando como loco porque al parecer no tienen muchos huéspedes en estos días y apagaron el aire acondicionado central y nunca me dijeron que el aire individual está en una caja escondida jajaja - fatal, o sea. En la mañana me dicen que el desayuno se sirve a la misma habitación pero no me dicen qué puedo pedir así que el muchacho decía “huevos frito entonces?” Y yo “no” y me dice que no hay jugo lo cual se incluye en el desayuno dice pero que puede prepararme un batido de manzana o de mango, le digo mango y ya. Todo ok, el segundo día llegan con un desayuno que yo no pedí con carne o salchichas en los huevos lo cual nunca pedí, llega con factura y me dice que el batido se cobra por aparte y le dije que el día anterior no fue así y me dijo que pagara y tuve que devolverle la comida y no quería salir de mi cuarto. Pedí hablar con relaciones de huéspedes o servicio al cliente y mandaron a él que lleva las maletas…lastimosamente tuve que salir del hotel y pedir el reembolso de la última noche, fatal.

Hotel com boa localização, perto do centro. Espaço agradável e asseado com quartos de boas dimensões (fiquei num quarto com uma cama de casal grande), limpos e de nível europeu, o que é difícil de encontrar aqui no Paquistão. Serviço de quartos eficaz e com preços muito acessíveis. Pequeno almoço razoável com falta de muitos produtos que estamos habituados na europa. Atendimento simpático
