The hotel boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation, being just a few train stops away from the ice festival venue, with a cable car station castle and subway (Youyi Gong) conveniently located across the street. It is also within a short walking distance to the nearest mall, which offers a wide variety of dining options. Our family truly appreciated the location. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a service officer—a lady who assisted us with our luggage to our hotel rooms. She exhibited a friendly demeanor and a commendable service attitude. Additionally, when we were departing, another staff member, whom I believe was named Geoff, helped us with our luggage into the taxi. His friendliness and willingness to assist were noteworthy. Despite the simplicity of their roles, it requires considerable effort to engage with numerous guests daily while maintaining a positive attitude, and they deserve commendation for their dedication. The hotel also features a laundry room with staff available to assist with laundry, which we found to be a thoughtful touch. I particularly enjoyed the additional fruits, tea, and desserts provided in our rooms after housekeeping, offering a delightful surprise after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was generous and reasonably priced. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally tidy, being an older establishment, it could benefit from increased attention to detail, particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. 優點：酒店設施較新，有天然氧氣機、智能馬桶等設施，是新式灰調裝修風格，硬件總體不錯，温泉設施也很先進，還有幾種特色温泉例如鴛鴦鍋（一邊是辣椒一邊是橘子等水果挺好玩兒），户外温泉僅一個分成三格的小池子，不過天寒地凍體驗一下就行了。温泉設施很大，估計孩子們會更喜歡。放炮體驗也很不錯，還有住店及離店時贈送的水果等小禮物也很暖心。酒店附近有一個公園可以逛逛，裏面還有不少小童遊玩設施。 缺點：前台服務態度一般，也有可能是地域性格特點（當天在市裡著名偏臉子燒烤用餐時服務員當場吵嚷爭吵鬧走了好幾桌客人）。入住時態度生硬，離店時不知是否換了服務員，態度較好。有一位實習生幫忙拖着行李去入住，結果發現房間裏面有正在等候的其他要求換房間的客人，説是一層特別熱住不了，我們這是二層。實習生束手無策，後來對講機喊來了經理協調解決換了房間，説明管理還是有點混亂。

Very positive experience since i stepped into the hotel. Stayed 5 nights, the concierge team is excellent, always eager to help and offer assistance when I have any questions like how to get to certain places etc. they always offer great meals and you could tell the chef puts in effort to ensure the quality of the food as well as variety. Even as I choose the no breakfast options, there is still a wide selection of food available . Every evening there’s snacks offered at the reception area. I particularly like the peach gum coconut fungus dessert. I do not remember all the staff name, like 银 and 单单， always smile and always go the extra mile. A gentleman in the team also directed me where to get a pair of shoes etc. the housekeeping staff offered to help me with my luggage as I was checking out. Will definitely book again if I visit Harbin! Excellent location near the morning market and the central street. Across the hotel and along the sane street, massage and hair salon, nail salon is available.

City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

the location of the hotel is fairly convenient as it is at a major interaction with McDonald at the next door. while it is not in the middle of the business or tourist street, it is not far away either and compensated by very good pricing. the highlight of the stay was the front desk staff (thank you, xiao meng), as they were very cheerful, friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a suite and the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I am happy with the room. all in all, I can recommend this hotel for value and staff.

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

設施：外面冰天雪地，房間裏面很温泉，酒店年頭裝修久一點，但是非常的乾淨。 服務： 服務員都很有禮貌，有問題都及時迴應，態度積極友善，點贊 温度：房間很大，地暖很暖，甚至會熱的開窗户 最想點讚的就是預訂滑雪門票啦，很優惠在酒店預訂還會提供來回的接送服務 ，真的會比自己買門票省很多的錢。

酒店管家服務超貼心！從我們預訂開始，管家就全程跟進，有問必答。到店後更是關懷備至，不僅幫忙規劃遊玩線路，還細心地提醒我們各種注意事項。在遊玩過程中，隨時能聯繫到管家，任何需求都迅速響應，就像有位貼心好友相伴，讓我們在雪鄉也感受到了家的温暖與安心。

This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods. During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem. The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.
