The hotel boasts excellent accessibility to public transportation, being just a few train stops away from the ice festival venue, with a cable car station castle and subway (Youyi Gong) conveniently located across the street. It is also within a short walking distance to the nearest mall, which offers a wide variety of dining options. Our family truly appreciated the location. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by a service officer—a lady who assisted us with our luggage to our hotel rooms. She exhibited a friendly demeanor and a commendable service attitude. Additionally, when we were departing, another staff member, whom I believe was named Geoff, helped us with our luggage into the taxi. His friendliness and willingness to assist were noteworthy. Despite the simplicity of their roles, it requires considerable effort to engage with numerous guests daily while maintaining a positive attitude, and they deserve commendation for their dedication. The hotel also features a laundry room with staff available to assist with laundry, which we found to be a thoughtful touch. I particularly enjoyed the additional fruits, tea, and desserts provided in our rooms after housekeeping, offering a delightful surprise after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was generous and reasonably priced. The primary drawback of this hotel pertains to cleanliness. While generally tidy, being an older establishment, it could benefit from increased attention to detail, particularly with vacuuming the carpets. Replacing the carpets with vinyl wood flooring could mitigate dust accumulation and be easier to maintain. Overall, the cleanliness issue is not particularly critical, as we are not overly fussy. I believe the hotel's prime location and the exceptional service provided by the staff significantly enhance its value, and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

The staff at this hotel are very good. Smiling and polite. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is quite lovely. The breakfast buffet was better than we thought it would be, catering to westerns as well. French toast with strawberry sauce was a nice surprise. Great coffee. Spa was nice. Just wish in the winter one could go outside to cool off and come back in to the saunas. I am sure in summer the outside part of the spa would make the experience better. A few of the buttons that turn whirl pool effect on in the pool are broken , but besides that we liked it.

Very positive experience since i stepped into the hotel. Stayed 5 nights, the concierge team is excellent, always eager to help and offer assistance when I have any questions like how to get to certain places etc. they always offer great meals and you could tell the chef puts in effort to ensure the quality of the food as well as variety. Even as I choose the no breakfast options, there is still a wide selection of food available . Every evening there’s snacks offered at the reception area. I particularly like the peach gum coconut fungus dessert. I do not remember all the staff name, like 银 and 单单， always smile and always go the extra mile. A gentleman in the team also directed me where to get a pair of shoes etc. the housekeeping staff offered to help me with my luggage as I was checking out. Will definitely book again if I visit Harbin! Excellent location near the morning market and the central street. Across the hotel and along the sane street, massage and hair salon, nail salon is available.

Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

This hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff really embodied the sense of 东北 hospitality! They were attentive and remembered all of our preferences from the first day we stayed and it was so good we decided to stay an extra 2 nights!

The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and spacious wish a beautiful view on the river. We stayed in Shangri-La in January. There was a nice selection of western food for breakfast.

Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Location a little in the middle of new town construction sites. The mall 10 mins walk away is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel restaurant only offered breakfast but it was ok to order deliveries in. Hotel is slightly weird in that it’s also seems to be a neo natal staycation hotel with many nurses and families members hanging out in corridors at all times of night. Main issue with the rooms was that they were 28 degrees C and there was no way to cool them down slightly to be able to sleep well. Opening the windows didn’t help and the hotel aircon was understandably set to heating the room - maybe something they can think about. Nice hotel and a good stay- just didn’t sleep well.

We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods. During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem. The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

酒店的環境和服務還是不錯的。管家也很熱情周到。只是不在雪鄉景區裏面的，所以如果想去雪鄉里麪遊玩稍稍有一些不方便。雖然有車可以接送。酒店旁邊有小孩可以玩雪的小景區，有遊樂場，需要額外收費。最不滿意的地方就是酒店的飲食了，因為酒店是單獨在外面馬路邊的位置，不像住在雪鄉步行街，有很多餐飲可以選擇。我們第一頓選擇就在酒店吃，結果感覺太差勁了。結賬的時候跟餐廳的負責人反饋，她一句話也不迴應，那表情大概就是：見怪不怪。在旅遊區裏吃東西，價格貴一點，很多遊客都會有心理預期，可以接受。我們點了一個蘑菇燉雞，188元，不新鮮的。我們幾乎沒有吃。點了一個豆腐燉雪麗紅，78元，牆上的圖片看着很漂亮，實際上這這樣的，這樣的菜品令人噁心😷。不知道老闆是否知道這些問題
