Hotel 5-Star di Parana, Brazil

The environment here is absolutely lovely, with a spacious garden and lots of greenery, complete with walking paths. The staff's English proficiency made communication a breeze. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the room service dishes were also quite delicious.

Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening. The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests. Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.

The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad. The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel apenas razoável, estrutura já antiga, deteriorada pelo tempo.. não é possível considerar como 5 estrelas conforme anunciado. O destaque positivo fica para o parque aquático Blue Park que é ótimo. O destaque negativo vai para o trip.com que anunciou como se o ingresso ao parque aquático estivesse incluso e não estava.. causando grande constrangimento no check-in.
