fairfield by marriot, nama besar tentu saja ekspektasi juga tinggi. ************* menyenangkan. apalagi dapet harga promo di trip.com, sungguh sangat happy sekali. tempatnya keren. highly recommended deh.

Proses check-in dan check-out cepat, staf ramah, kamar bersih, menu sarapan variatif walaupun ada beberapa menu yang perlu ditingkatkan rasanya, tersedia kolam renang dewasa dan anak-anak. Puas menginap disini dalam rangka berwisata di Pulau Bangka.

Kamar ocean view, kaca yang menghadap k balkon banyak serangga nempel, anak saya yang baru bisa merangkak tangannya kena serangga Check in jam 2, sengaja dateng jam 2 lebih, tapi ternyata kamar belum ready dan masih dibersihkan, 15 menit nunggu dengan kondisi anak kelelahan dan rewel Cuma tempat dan viewnya aja kelebihan hotel ini

Booked their premiere lagoon room for the direct access to pool. Unfortunately the pool had issue near the date of our stay. However they're kind enough to upgrade us to their best room (Premiere suite) for free! This room is much larger (110m2), has private mini pool & best view to beach. Their private beach is also child safe as it's not deep & no big waves. It's about 10mins drive to the popular kelayang beach (the spot for island hopping tour). Staffs are friendly & helpful. There's also small convenience store right beside the hotel. Breakfast is just average, with limited selection. Downside : - cleanliness is ok for its class, however we found stains in a couple of towels & some part of the curtains. Nothing serious, just ask for replacement. - food is served inconsistently. We ordered fried rice 3 times & got very different versions each time. Pizza & burger are abysmal Overall enjoyable experience for our family. Tip : contact them directly as the room types in other travel websites are somehow limited.

Recomemnded Hotel and Nice Services from Front Office ,Kindly and so Helpful. I hope this Pandemic so to be finish done than BW Suite can working normally acttualy for their Employee. We are enjoyed Stay at BW Suite. Thank you so much👍

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. First of all, the location is strategic because I could visit many local foods in walking distance. Second, the room was clean and spacious even for the cheapest type. I like that the mirror was still clear after taking a bath with warm water. But it still needs improvement, like a brighter lamp in the shower area. And also the shower head needs some cleaning. Third, I love the breakfast they served. It was delicious but it would be better if you can provide butter instead of margarine at the bread stall. I appreciate that the Kolak was good, not only tasted sweet by sugar but also tasted the sweet from the banana. Last but not least, the staff were very welcome to the customer. Fast check-in and check-out process. And the lovely warm greetings to each guest they met are really appreciated.

I stayed with my family in July 2023 for 4 nights in a superior room. Exceptional atmosphere and service. The interiors of the room are fantastic, especially the quality of the bed and pillows are amazing. The food is great if you enjoy experimenting with local cuisine. The staff is super polite and helpful. Has a kids pool and kids club for kids which are also good. Very satisfied with my stay. More

While visiting south Sumatra last month, I was suggested to visit Bangka Island, as time permitted , I flew from Palembang , easy 50 minute flight with Sriwijaya air, all very good. Well.. I wanted something “wild” with accommodation in front of the beach and that is what I got.. the beaches are great, very “wild” and the scenario like in a Flintstones movie, very characteristic, quite unique scenario, water clean, sand very nice ( except form the tons of plastics , which the resort does not clean, unfortunately) a part that, very nice coast line, perfect for a solo or family excursion, very relaxing. Now for the most disappointing part, I would have like to have kept the “wild” feeling only for the surrounding but unfortunately the accommodation was a disaster, very very ( very) old, very poor room maintenance, bed bugs, not clean, TV does not work, room is not made daily, etc., etc. What a shame, because the location is great. Food offering very poor. Few staff as well, although all very nice people.. yes I know is a Covid period , but believe me the resort maintenance was let it go way before the pandemic, now it becomes just an excuse… so yes is expensive for what you get , but basically the room price you pay is 90% for the view and the beach and the rest 10% would be for the ‘room” Would I go back to Bangka , yes, why not? would I go back to this hotel? Well.. yes if they will do a major renovation if not…sorry is a no no… Thank you !

Hotelnya bagus,pelayanan juga oke, pemandangn dari hotel juga oke,masakan di restoran enak dan pelayan nya ramah2. Recomended buat yg mau mencari hotel di Pulau Bangka

It was all our experience we wrote down. It might be different with what you had. The staffs here was amazing. I mean they all are... since the beginning we checked in, the FO fulfilled our request on the apps i wrote down before - corner room. He was super quick at everything (checked in on Friday btw). We just got to our room to drop the baggages and one set of cuttlery i requested just a few 'second' ago already in our front door. Next was hair dryer, one glass of ice cubes wasnt so long to be arrived in our room. They do really care, the securities, the FO, we might seriously hire them if i have my own hotels 😁😁. Not to forget, one of sky lounge here at 9th floor (callled: CielBleuSkyLounge), super amazing, super helpful staff, Mr. Amrizal,, he did favour us a lot, since the first day we booked for the floating sunset then we thought about to cancel it (rained all day since the morning) but then suddenly sun appeared just in time before the sunset time... he was super busy to prepare the weekend event here and kept us accompanied, and managed things for us... Our grateful heart to meet you here, thank you Kak Amrizal... last but not least, have you been super welcomed in 'just' bfast time? We were explained much about the 'today' bfast menus... (i never get those explanation in so many others hotels before). The second day of bfast, Ms. Nabila apparently recognized our room number just before we told her. Seriously, here guys, their attitudes valid for all 'genres' of guests. They seemed have good memories about the 'small talk' we had also, lovable... enjoyable stays here, very good job Golden Tulip Hotel, Bravo for all staffs!!
