Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price. The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The elegant décor, tasteful furnishings, and attention to detail create an atmosphere of sophistication and luxury. Everywhere I looked, from the stylish lounge areas to the meticulously landscaped gardens, there was an air of refinement that made me feel pampered and relaxed. The room itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, it provided everything I needed for a truly rejuvenating stay. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art entertainment system and high-speed internet access, catered to my every convenience.

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

Location is a plus point. Near Batam Center ferry terminal n a shopping mall. Staff super friendly, when we reached the hotel, was raining heavily. But our coach can’t enter the carpark. So the hotel staff came out to the road side n shelter us with umbrella n help us with the luggage.

the resort was very aesthetic and we love the glamping tent! it was very clean and the service from the staff was superb. we ordered the tentsite bbq (though we feel that their all-you-can-eat buffet is more worth) and had the opportunity to bbq under the skies and in the comfort of our own tent. amenities wise was limited as the swimming pool only had a small portion of place to swim and there was no gym. we had to pay for everything else which was a bit costly. the taxi cost was also about $20 higher than what grab quotes, but getting a grab is hard here, so do arrange prior transport which can be cheaper. seems like they arrange public buses for those who are going back via the nearer ferry terminal, so can call the hotel beforehand to check. overall, you are paying a high price for the experience + amazing service!

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. The buffet breakfast is also good, hopefully can add pancakes or waffle in the menu. ☺️ The location is strategically in the midst of malls and shops. A lot of food choices to try around, strongly recommendended to try the A2 food court for a night food trip. Since it’s nearby to Grand Batam mall, late movie night is also a perfect option to end your day. Massage and nail spas are all around too if you want to distress and relax. We will definitely book this hotel again whenever we visit Batam. 🫶

During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

First time staying at this hotel. Buffet breakfast spread is good and tasty too. Easy to get grab or gojek car right outside hotel lobby. Aircon and wifi are strong. Will return when come to Batam again.

Checked into this hotel at abt 8 or 9pm, cos we could not stand the hotel we checked in earlier. Was so glad that we got a beautiful deluxe room for ourselves at this timing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The reception even accommodated my last minute request for a birthday surprise for my hubby at midnight. They were so nice!! They prepared a choco lava cake with a birthday candle and a Happy Birthday wish on the plate. And 2 staff were there singing a Happy Birthday song as well. Hubby was very much caught by surprise. The room was great - spacious with sofa and armchairs with nice looking furniture, the whole room is very clean with a nice cosy setting, bathroom amenities was great, and the king bed and pillows were so comfortable I had the best sleep in many months! The best sleep was definitely the highlight of my holiday this time round 🤭 Location is awesome as its so near to Nagoya Hill Mall, all we had to do was just go by the back way. Breakfast is nice and filling. I'm not really a picky water so being full is good for me. We had a great view from our room as well. It was such a pleasure and a redemption from the bad service we unfortunately had to receive from our earlier booking at another hotel. The rooms are really as nice as the photos they uploaded. Really made our day here at Grand I Hotel. Thank you to all the staff who have served us during our stay 28 to 30 Jan 2023 at Room 627. We are really grateful for a wonderful holiday and birthday experience here. We will definitely be back here when we come to Batam again. Keep up the good work!

Is old aPartment not much variety, but place for relaxing good.. love this hotel got kitchen..this hotel shud upgrade sure got many guest will come..toilet alot no working..staff very friendly..bad is towel or any extra stuff have to paid ..

Stay for 2 night in July..(Sat-Mon) with Breakfast Hotel lobby not So big but its long shape..Love the elevator located where hide from FO counter but direct to main access n Lobby. Cons -Even the location is in Nagoya,but its not in central nagoya where u cant find food or city walk easily.(its stil acceptable where u can use transport) -The sink in toilet room Number 8007 is almost clogged,the water from sink bowl dissappear slowly. - Omellete station during Breakfast on 11/7 very slow,I order the omelette 1st before enter the dining area(coz the omelette station is beside lift).After i take my food,wait very long for my omelette to ready.I finish all my breakfast already then the omelette is arrived.very spoils my morning. -Not a walking distance to attractions. Pros. -Good FO,F&B(except mention above),HK and concierge team.They all serve with smile n generous. -The attitude of staf is show how good is indonesia hospitality. -Even the pools not so big and the gym is small.But this is enough for you to relax n enjoy the facilities while see the view of nagoya town. -affordable price hotel room -delicious buffet spread(i really means it). -The lady in black suits (F&B incharge on 10&11/7 is really good.She really makesure all the food is top up and cust have enough food).But i forget her name. -Room is quite good and its concept suitable for couple due to the toilet is glass wall n using only white blinder.(we like it coz we r couple). -They using Presidential suite hotel collection mattress and its really good for me. -i like how simple the minibar and kettle design. -good lightning in room -nice view from room. -Good HK team in cleaning our room when we out to town. -I like when hotel using card scanner in lift to room level,its very secure n privacy. -Love the smells of the lobby n room -its sound proof quite good -And the Air conditioner its really good,well maintain and cools.(we in asean hv very hot temperatures,and good AC is must in hotel). Overall this hotel give u good level in privacy and comfortable stay.Even there is some space need to improve but not its still a good hotel with the good staff. TQ

The room is convenient for us, girls of 4. Our two rooms is good and we got a chance to swimminh in the pool. Easy access as it is located next to the food market in Nagoya. We order massage in room at midnight and it is superb.

Simple yet unique and different hotel in Batam was built in honour of Indonesian batik culture heritage. A newly renovated lobby + restaurant have completely changed the landscape of the hotel. At Crown Vista Hotel, they are inspired by the Indonesian hospitality where every guest will be treated with an unique experience. I recommend you to unwind and recharge at the Spa Village, with its Beer Spa treatments. Additionally, you get to experience one of the BEST aerial views of Batam Island. I will come back again asap. AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

Very Nice place, unique luxury hotel concept compared to any other hotel here in Batam, its a good room size too. The staff are very attentive with quite a good customer service training.I Had a very good relax experience, Eska is known for their signature massage.. However, I understand the cancellation policy, as I request for extending my 2nd day, since i wasnt able to travel on the 1st day due to medical issue..Brought the doctors prescription with me, prove that im not fit to travel..it is very Disappointing that the Management is ”not considerate enough to at least grant to extend my 2nd day for me to have a enough rest and recover. After all, 2 Nights stay is what i payed for as i booked it on line. They insist that they are fully booked for the day and the coming week, thats why not possible to extend One more day...To my surprise , the occupancy of table during dinner is only ME””.. and around 4 to 6 table the next day during buffet breakfast.. No matter how beautiful and luxurious your hotel premises can be..if your Management is Poor and inconsiderate, and not flexible enough to handle certain situation..Hotel Guest will check out feeling sick and hopeless”!
