Despite not able to get parking lot at e hotel, their staff showed us where we can park our car during our stay. On days when we did not require cleaning, they will still give a bag of new towels & mineral water. They even gave a can of coke too. This is definitely a PLUS points as we need to request for water in some hotel when we did not require cleaning. On their 2nd floor, they have common area for us to have our takeaway meals. They also have soft drinks, hot drinks, alcohol & ice-cream for you to help yourselves with, not forgetting noodles dinner service.... It would be good if e bath tub & shower area were separated. It will hinder my decision to stay there next time if I'm travelling with my parents.

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

The hotel is located in the center of American Village, surrounded by colorful buildings, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, convenient stores, and shopping centers. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. A highlight of the stay is the breakfast, where you can enjoy traditional Okinawan food. It is definitely a must-try!

The room that I book considered spacious enough. Room amenities were quite complete (toiletries, minibar, towel and the basic stuffs were available). However need to pay parking, 1500yen per night; but it was considered reasonable. The location was very nearby with Kokusai Dori, 5 mins or less walking distance only. Perfect location for those who wanted to shop. However the only downside was the hotel soundproof. Since it was near to crowded area, i could hear the noise and it affected my sleep. But overall, it was a good stay for me and husband.

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw from the monorail, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. And the cherry on top? Don Quijote (Donki) is literally right below the hotel! Midnight shopping, anyone? It's perfect for those late-night cravings or last-minute shopping sprees. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and amenities. 4 stars and can't wait to come back!

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

The breakfast is really very good. There is a quiet area near the reception facing the sea with meditation music which is very calming & relaxing. Just not use to having the sink in the bed room area and not on the the toilet area as it is easily wet & there was no spare floor mat or table cloth to dry the place. The location is abit out of the way, need call the taxi & is difficult if language is a problem, however the staff is helpful to help call one.

Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

We drove but the hotel car park was already full. Luckily there are a lot of car parks at the back of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite good. We stayed in the hotel on the New Year’s Eve and the New Year Day. They offer festive food which is impressive to tourists. The hotel room is spacious enough Very close to the railway and bus terminal. You need to pay for the spa, but worth the money. However the WiFi is TERRIBLE. You connected it but never works.

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

As limited supply of single room, book earlier to ensure you get it in a reasonable price. You can try different local food during the buffet breakfast or buffet lunch. The choice of tea is in a large variety in the morning. Nice free coupon for spa nearby. The outside temperature control pool was perfect even in the windy day. 1000yen shopping coupon per day was also marvellous as the stores provided a nearly full range of products in reasonable price. The laundry room was also perfect for me. There is a room with 3 sets of machines especially for ladies. You can sit in the sofa area looking at the The public room outside

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

土壌改善から健康増進、放射能消滅まで、万能のEM菌をフルに使った料理の数々をバイキングでいただきました。そもそもこのEM菌なんて科学的には全く根拠のないもので、宗教じみたもの。そういう事は承知で、冷めた目で楽しむべし。 でそのランチバイキングがどうだったかと言うと、素直においしい。お腹に優しい。繊細。もたれない。悪く言うと、物足りない。パンチがない。濃いめの沖縄料理に疲れた時、ここはいい選択かもしれない。 お風呂はぬるめで長湯ができます。 総じて、長時間ゆっくりして疲れを取るには良いところです。

一間非常好的酒店。一家7人也覺得房間很大。有洗衣機和乾衣機提供，帶著3小孩的我們，在沖繩8天是一件非常重要的配套。鄰近有很多食店，亦十分近美國村，午餐和晚餐也不怕找不到位/或等很久。10/F的泳池，下午和晚上都是一個很好的打卡位置。小朋友也很喜歡。酒店提供2車位給我們。如果一家人來，有2車，也很方便。

It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

The room is good, clean, spacious, has a common cozy area for sitting and chill. Also, you can enjoy the view from the balcony as well. In addition, there are complete facilities such as washing machine, dryer, and cooking equipment. But there are only twins bed, it would be great if you have some double bedroom.

The customer service, and overall cleanliness of the rooms were immaculate. Everything was very tidy and clean, and the pillows are extremely fluffy. It was honestly one of my best business trips I have ever been on. There was a couple times where the dates were unknown and they were very accommodating and helped us and at times even took us in at the very last minute because there was a cancellation in a trip. Also, the front desk was very helpful and getting us taxis and giving us information for the surrounding area. I am overall very pleased with them.
