Very good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view. The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient. The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

The room is OK, the location is good, the service is very bad 1. I asked for coffee many times during breakfast and waited for 20 minutes to get it to me; I was prepaid.
