I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的房間一樓。酒店位置：交通方便，零晨3：20分從機場走路40分鐘到達。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。酒店裝修：自己看圖。早餐：自己看圖。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。雖然房間一般，到時老闆人非常好，零晨4點也給我開門，入住了。老闆人真的很好

As you come through the beautiful entrance of the Mille Collines you know you are somewhere special. Until the time we left four days later we had the loveliest time - relaxing in the stunning garden and the fantastically well-run pool area; eating and drinking at the wonderful restaurant and bar; or just spending downtime in our well-appointed room with its gorgeous view. The staff are helpful and delightful without exception: this hotel just can’t be faulted.

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Portofino for one evening while traveling for work. After a very long trip and arriving in Kigali extremely jet-lagged, a hot shower and dinner delivered by room service was just what I needed. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included an omelet bar, fresh fruits, and fresh fruit juices. Though I had to check out and was not coming back for a second night's stay, I was able to keep my bags in storage until I was able to come back for them. Overall, a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

When I was in Kigali at Heaven boutique Hotel, I arrived to check in while my room was still being. Leaned. I decided to take a motorbike to a nearly restaurant but the bikie and I struggled to communicate bcz of language barrier. Then I spotted a large building labeled ‘M Hotel’ and asked the bikie to stop me off there, hopping to find someone to assist since it’s a hotel. I met Joselyne, introduced to each other and she listened as I explained my situation. She not only offered helpful Ethiopian restaurant Lalibela recommendation but also connected me with a reliable English speaking driver. Her professionalism and excellent communication left a lasting impression, and I am looking forward to trying this hotel on my next visit. It has a beautiful reception, lobby which is inviting.

Ibu kota Rwanda, Kigali, benar-benar dapat memilih hotel ini untuk menginap. Terletak di pusat bandar, dan soket pengecasan di dalam bilik tidak perlu dilengkapi dengan soket penukaran. I had stay at this hotel for few day, the hotel is great, city is wonderful, people are amazing, helpful, and so friendly, I loved the food there, room is very nice and clean, staff are so professional, everyone is smiling and hurry to help you all the time. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers. And I do advise that you should visit Rwanda.

The bright smiles if the staff was my highlight every time. Apart from that, their African Tea beats any of the other African teas I have tried. During my stay, the water pressure dropped greatly in my room on one particular day. I didn't report it but when I returned, I found the staff attending to the problem and it was sorted quick and efficiently without me having to say anything. The room was always freshly cleaned and I felt welcome every time! And one last thing to add - absolutely delicious food!
