The stay completely refreshed my understanding of hotel services! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a spring breeze smile. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip. [Simple and professional style] This stay experience is excellent, you must give the hotel service a compliment! Efficiency: The reception desk responds quickly, check-in/check-out is completed within 5 minutes, and the whole process is courteous and thoughtful. Room quality: The room is clean and tidy, no smell, complete facilities (safe box, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.), bedding and toiletries are of high quality. Details service: free mineral water and snacks are replenished every day, and the bath towels are also actively asked if they need to be replaced; the curtains will be closed and slippers put in the night service. Special needs: due to traveling with the elderly, contact the hotel in advance to arrange a low-floor room, and prepare non-slip in advance when arriving

The location is very strategic, close to the Baiturahman Mosque. Starting from getting out of the car until being taken to the room, we were served very well like a king. Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊 Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests. Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.
