Hotel 2-Star di Aceh, Indonesia

Nginep di hotel ini rasanya kayak nemu “basecamp” paling strategis di tengah kota. Mau ke mana-mana dekat—mau cari makan tinggal jalan kaki, mau ngopi tinggal nyebrang, Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan cukup luas. Kasurnya empuk banget sampai-sampai niat bangun pagi buat jalan-jalan berubah jadi “yaudah besok aja deh” 😴 Pelayanan juga ramah, staff-nya helpful, jadi bikin betah. Pokoknya hotel ini cocok buat yang mau: staycation santai honeymoon tipis-tipis atau sekadar kabur dari rutinitas Kesimpulan: lokasi strategis, ada balkon buat bengong , dan nyaman banget. Minusnya cuma satu… susah check-out karena udah terlalu betah 😆

Perkhidmatannya memuaskan dan biliknya sederhana. Pintu bilik air tidak baik sama sekali. Mujurlah, selepas menelefon selama 20 minit, kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel membukanya tepat pada waktunya.

A 50 minutes ride from the ferry terminal. Lodging location is good. Clean basic rooms. Hotel caretaker couple very friendly.

Lokasinya sangat strategik, berhampiran dengan Masjid Baiturahman. Bermula dari keluar dari kereta sehingga dibawa ke bilik, kami dilayan dengan sangat baik seperti raja. Memilih bilik mengikut kehendak anda adalah sangat fleksibel. Serta diberi bonus daftar masuk awal. Dan masa daftar keluar tambahan dengan caj yang sangat berpatutan. Terima kasih krew hotel hip hope.

The room was clean and spacious. This property is located at the city centre, about 25 minutes ride from Banda aceh International Airport. I chose this hotel due to the proximity of the famous Masjid Baitulrahman mosque. The morning breakfast was okay but tasty.

次入住徹底刷新了我對酒店服務的認知！從踏入大堂的瞬間，前台小姐姐就帶着春風般的笑容迎上來，辦理入住時主動詢問是否需要安靜房，還貼心地遞上熱毛巾和歡迎水果。房間佈置得像家一樣温馨，床品軟乎乎的，連枕頭都有不同高度可以選擇。 最讓我感動的是第二天早上，我不小心睡過了早餐時間，正懊惱時，服務員敲門送來一份打包好的早餐，説“看您昨天睡得晚，特意給您留的”。退房時，行李員幫忙把行李送到停車場，還提醒我注意返程安全。 細節之處見真心，這樣的服務真的讓人捨不得離開，下次來一定還選這裏！ 【簡潔專業風】 本次入住體驗極佳，必須給酒店服務點個贊！ 辦理效率：前台接待響應迅速，5分鐘內完成入住/退房手續，全程禮貌周到。 房間品質：房間乾淨整潔無異味，設施齊全（保險箱、加濕器、智能馬桶等），床品和洗漱用品品質上乘。 細節服務：每天補充免費礦泉水和小零食，還主動詢問是否需要更換浴巾；夜間服務時會貼心拉上窗簾、放好拖鞋。 特殊需求：因帶長者出行，提前聯繫酒店安排了低樓層房間，到達時已提前準備好防滑

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.
