We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. We had booked the king deluxe room but when we reached the hotel in the evening to check-in, the staff told us that there is only one room remaining which is on the 1st floor. The staff said there’s a queen size deluxe room on a higher level, everything is the same except the size of the bed. Hence we took that room instead but to our dismay, the room was much smaller than what we expected. The washroom is the worst with an open-concept sink area situated outside of the washroom and shower cubicle. The tiles in the shower cubicle are clearly not maintained well as there are brownish tile grout everywhere. Not to mention that the mirror at the sink area is quite small as well.

Some things were good, some were not.
The location of the hotel is nice, close to several attractions and malls; value for money was also quite reasonable.
But I would expect from a 4-star hotel some more attention to detail. There were no bathrobes in the room, despite access to the pool being included. The room was rather spacious, but quite dark and with a view towards another building, so almost no light from the street was in the room. Breakfast is variable, but the venue is too crowded with very few seats available for such an amount of guests. The pool was nice, but the steps to the pool were broken.

I usually stay around KL Sentral area for convenience to the airport, but with the MRT now connecting to Putrajaya, anywhere is fine. This hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Chow Kit monorail station. From there it's easy to get to Bukit Bintang area, KL Sentral and KLIA (Via Titiwangsa station)
The room is clean, decent size, large bathroom, and my room has a nice view of the Twin Towers at night.
Complaints -TV no international news channel, shower not warm enough at night, and room not sound proof (can hear people talking in next room). Also don't know why shower has no door to prevent the other parts of the bathroom from getting wet.

I love the location as it is beside the Lalaport mall and also in between Hang Tuah Stn also walking distance from Imbi station. It is also walking distance from Berjaya Time Square.
The cons is the condition of the room itself despite we are very thankful for the free upgrade to a suite. Amenities are basic which is fine for us. I believe Furama has maintained a good cleanliness but not at Furama Bukit Bintang.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. It is good for a boutique hotel so do not expect amenities like a pool, gym, etc., value for money.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, kudos to them.
AC in one of the rooms started making noise in the evening but staff helped change the room immediately when it could not be fixed by them.
No restaurant in the hotel and nearby Indian restaurants unfortunately opened late (most in and after lunch hours) so vegetarian breakfast was an issue for us in that vicinity but managed via Hasan Ali hawker center nearby.
Can take a grab taxi to most of the KL tourist attractions (factor ~10 min taxi wait time though, grabs' issue) so location is also good.

I'm very glad I ultimately chose this hotel.
1. The location is excellent. For example, it's a 10-minute walk to the street food streets, and a 15-minute walk along a picturesque, quiet street to shopping centers like Pavilion. There are traffic jams in this area in the evening, so a 10-minute walk is absolutely fantastic.
2. The pool has a view, although you can only see one tower. The downside is that there's almost no place to put your luggage; there are only four sun loungers, and they're always occupied, so everyone throws them on the floor. The water was a little cool in October, not a big deal, but I would have liked it to be warmer.
There's a terrace with a sunset view; the hanging plants and greenery add a wonderful atmosphere to the rooftop.
3. The room itself is clean; the only dishes are mugs, and there's one towel per person. The room didn't smell, and the linens were fine; they weren't changed for three days. The view is also great. I stayed on the 18th floor, so it's quiet.
4. I had breakfast once, but it was very poor, so I wouldn't order it again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. However, this second time around, the room had a strange odor, probably from previous Indian guests. So, whether your room smells good or not seems to be a matter of luck.
The hotel's location is actually quite good; it's across from a park, right next to the OCBC office building. The downside is that there aren't many food options within a 1km radius. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers and Petaling Street.
If your stay includes breakfast, you can eat at the hotel, and the breakfast spread is quite rich. For dinner, you can eat at the 3rd-floor restaurant for 40 RM per person, which is a decent price. Alternatively, you can order food delivery via Grab.
Many Westerners stay at this hotel, so breakfast can get crowded on weekends.
