отличное расположение для санта-марии, ночью тихо и спокойно, поблизости есть все необходимое. номера тоже чистые. завтраки конечно не очень

Whilst it is a lovely resort, food options could be better. Also would be nice if there was a proper mini mart facility since there are no real snack / lunch options aside from existing the resort and the pool bar. Also I’ve never stayed at a hotel when I have pre paid for dinner but had to pay separately for soft drinks (or water)..

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo abbondante e saporito. Dalla mia camera si sentivano i rumori della cucina tanto da svegliarmi. La pulizia dei tavolini tra le sdraio era scadente e molte sdraio del terrazzo erano rotte.

El hotel muy bien ubicado y con un buffet muy bueno. La animacion y trabajadores muy serviciales. El hotel es algo viejo pero esta muy bien

Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci

Just the standard RUI Hotel setup…unable to get a booking in any of the specialty restaurants. Buffet restaurants the same repetitive food. Polite cleaning staff. Reception staff need to be more customer focussed I arrived at 8pm given a keycard and a map and pointed in the direction of the room…no one to help with baggage. Requested late checkout on the RUI app had it confirmed and then I find keycard not working on the day after spending the morning by the pool headed to reception was told I should have requested this at reception…at no point in time did the app state this. I was told that the bell boy had put a note under my door..that’s ok if I could actually get into the room to read it, but there was no note ! Would not say this is a 5* hotel more a 4*.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.

Schrijven Wij verbleven in Melia Dunas met mijn dochter van 5 jaar en hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen. Na het inchecken mochten we direct gebruikmaken van alle faciliteiten van het resort. Helaas was er een fout gemaakt bij het inchecken, waardoor we pas rond 16:30 uur ons appartement in konden in plaats van eerder. Dat was een minpuntje na de reis. Het appartement was ruim, netjes en werd dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Het resort zelf is prachtig, groot en goed onderhouden. Er zijn meerdere zwembaden, waardoor je nooit vroeg hoeft op te staan om een ligbed te reserveren. Het eten was gevarieerd en er was voor iedereen voldoende keuze. Er zijn zes restaurants aanwezig, waarvan vier à-la-carterestaurants die je vooraf moet reserveren. Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. Voor kinderen is dit een geweldige bestemming. Er is een leuk kinderbad met glijbaan, een speeltuin en een kidsclub. Het enige verbeterpunt vond ik de kidsclub. De medewerkers zouden wat vriendelijker en enthousiaster mogen zijn. Er werd niet gegroet of voorgesteld en er werd weinig contact gezocht met de kinderen om hen te betrekken bij de activiteiten. Dagelijks was er entertainment bij het zwembad voor jong en oud, zoals dansactiviteiten en spelletjes. Ook waren er iedere avond leuke thema- en shows, wat zorgde voor een gezellige sfeer. Ondanks het kleine minpuntje bij de aankomst en de kidsclub hebben wij enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het resort biedt alles voor een ontspannen vakantie voor zowel gezinnen als koppels. Wij hebben mooie herinneringen gemaakt en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Отель неплохой, но горячий чай на обеде и ужине можно взять только в баре, а в самом буфете на шведском столе нельзя и заказать у официантов нельзя. Да и в целом разнообразия еды недостаточно, хотя из того, что есть - все вкусно. Ходишь там кругами и не знаешь что такого положить, чтобы и вкусно и полезно и не однообразно и в итоге полупустая тарелка. Зато тут классный пляж! Много бассейнов! Классная анимация! Вечерние мероприятия!
