The good side: The hotel’s location is definitely a plus — right in the city centre, lively and convenient to explore nearby attractions. The bad side: However, one small downside is the washroom drainage. It tends to clog up a little, which can be a bit uncomfortable as it makes you worry about the water backing up, even though it’s not too serious.

Our flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Staffs are nice , the amenities not bad but quite old. I appreciated the design of this hotel , with beautiful plants and water. The room is relatively basic , there’s coffee maker in the room but they don’t provide coffee grind. Breakfast gots quite a large variety of choices. With this price in Aceh , I’m happy to have had stayed in this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter. Thank you.

HHarrison.YRooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable.

GGuest UserThe building has a strong Arabian style and is in a good location. It is 20 minutes drive from the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to the attractions of Aceh. There is a buffet dinner in the evening, but it can also be a single point.
