"Star rating would actually be “0” if that was possible. The worse hotel experience I have had in 30 years! Hotel is poorly manned, poorly maintained, and poorly run! Staff seem to be bumbling, not sure what to do when confronted with normal issues! Checked in and of the two electronic keys, only one worked and after a hour of trying to figure out what to do, the receptionist said the only fix was to move to another room! Ordered the daily room service only to find out the woman who checked us in did not add us to the daily room cleaning after telling us she did! Avoid the hotel at all costs! It definitely looks from the curb, but the minute you enter you are confronted with a very strange smell."

"The hotel is clean and looks recently renovated. The location is perfect, with a supermarket and a mall right next door. While the breakfast was good, I was disappointed there was no sausage, only bacon. There were a few minor issues: the shower water could have been hotter, and the HVAC blew cold air for a while before heating up. Also, the pillows were a bit too thick and had a strong chemical smell. The front desk service is a little slow but very courteous. Overall, it's a solid stay—I’d give it a B+."
