PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and room are very good. Free shuttle was provided between hotel and San Marco at the time of my visit. The staff is very helpful and handle my request promptly. I also enjoy the time in blue bar which has excellent service and food. Highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuLovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

JJune Yoon YiThis is a beautiful hotel with a very good location. All the staff are kind, sincere and honest. I am truly grateful to these people. Breakfast is not diverse, and the facilities are a little old, but the Lagoon View room is more competitive than other hotels.

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍

PPengguna TetamuTrès bel hôtel, un personnel très souriant et serviable, cependant pour la chambre l’isolement n’est pas terrible je pouvais suivre les discussions des chambres adjacentes sans problème ainsi que leur cycles intestinaux, plusieurs prises électriques ne marchaient pas et la douche ne possédait pas de pommeau donc pas très pratique.
Mais dans l’ensemble c’est bien, très accessible on est à 5 minutes à pied des navettes, le petit déjeuner est varié et

RRaluca DascalitaI stayed here for 1 night, in a single room, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. The interiors have an antique feel to them, with parquet and painted wardrobe.
The check in process was very smooth, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the place was quiet, with ambient chatter sounds from the nearby cafes, which enhanced my holiday-mood.
Great place, I'd love to return for a longer stay.
