"Overall, my stay here was exceptionally satisfying. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding was pristine and odor-free, and even the bathroom corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made me feel very secure about the disinfection efforts. The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with lush surroundings, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The lobby and public areas are also designed with great style. The service was a definite highlight; every staff member, from check-in to check-out, was smiling and friendly. The front desk efficiently handled my check-in and patiently provided information about the local area, and room service was incredibly prompt. As for facilities, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the gym equipment was quite new. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Disappointing, I participated in the National AGM of the largest association in the world and the hotel ran out of one of the most popular tap beer and white wine, just one hour after the guests checked-in/arrived. The hotel advertised 1 hour happy hour every day but the Op Manager staff the bar with only one bartender. Guests lining up for half hour to get the happy hour deal, to be told, "sorry, the 'happy hour' is finished. The AGM room lighting set up absolutely poor, hard to see and hear anyone, the committee having to re-organise the room. If it wasn't for the every day cleaning the room and the breakfast service, I would have ranked the hotel less than 3 stars, at @ 279/night. I have stayed at other properties in Canberra, such as Kurajong Hotel, for less money but for exceptional experience."

"Was all okay - one of the beds in our room did not get made throughout the stay for some reason. Sheets were also not the cleanest on checkin. There was also some sort of power cut one afternoon which left us without power and Wi-Fi for about 5 hours, quite frustrating when we were job hunting. "The hotel is located in the city center, super convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Since it’s cosharing the parking with the offices next to it and another hotel, it can be quite pricey to park overnight. If I remember correctly we paid AU$40 for one night. Other than that everything else was great. Spacious room with everything you needed."

"The hotel's prime location on Canberra's main street is a definite plus. My room, although small, was clean and included a water tank. The shared public bathrooms were also well-maintained, offering essential facilities and clean showers. The only significant downside was the noise level. "Great stay overall! The hotel is strategically located just a short walk from the tram station, which made getting around super convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with good facilities. Breakfast was also a highlight, plenty of options and really enjoyable. A nice touch was that I was even able to borrow a microwave for my room, which was surprisingly convenient. The only small downside is that there’s no free on-site parking. However, they do offer overnight parking for $15, which is quite reasonable. Alternatively, there are free or affordable street parking options nearby. Would definitely stay again!"
