"We loved everything about this absolute gem of a hotel…. So much history, very cosy décor, good location, amazing complimentary afternoon tea, very good buffet breakfast… But above all the lovely, kind and helpful Camillia Berra and the rest of the friendly Hotel Suisse team. Camillia greeted us with the warmest welcome and helped us twice with fixing ski equipment glitches… so friendly & really went out of their way to help. "An absolutely wonderful hotel! They upgraded our room to a mountain view and it was such a treat to wake up every morning to a wonderful mountain view. The room had a balcony where we had our coffee each morning surrounded by and intaking the beautiful scenery before we went down for breakfast. The staff is amazing. They anticipate your needs and are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and when we come to Switzerland again, this will be our hotel choice!"

"An amazing experience from the time we entered the hotel. The reception staff (Camila) could not have been more helpful and more happy from the moment we arrived. A really nice hotel, spotless rooms, generous space. The breakfast is lovely, and the location close to everything - cafes and restaurants next door, and an easy walk to the centre for supermarket and station and cable car to the snow. A bar in the hotel provides a lovely post day relaxing meal and drink. Overall would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again."

"The palladium is really close to the gondola station and has its own pool and facilities. The only difficulty was that the lift ticket + accommodation offer from the Regions Dents du Midi website was a bit complicated. We waited for over half an hour until we finally had our ski tickets."

"Having stayed for a week over New Year 2025 / 2026, with my Daughter, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is wonderful with a real Swiss feel to the hotel and Bedrooms. The hotel is centrally located and ideal for all the restaurants, hire shops and Cable car. The ski bus stops right outside the boot room should you not fancy the short walk to the cable car. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a car. Parking was easy was well controlled. Would not hesitate to stay again. "

The setting is also lovely as it is at the bottom of the slope in a postcard setting within a lovely guest house.
