"Stayed here for 2 nights, but in two different rooms, so I got to experience both. Overall, the hotel has a great view and a generally comfortable stay. It is a bit far from most main attractions, although it is relatively close to the railway station. There is a nearby bus station (Line 6), but getting to the Ancient Town and other popular areas is still quite far, so using Didi is often the easier option. The lobby also provides tea, coffee, and water, which is a nice touch. My first room was on the 2nd floor and felt very modern and new. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-designed — I really liked this room. My second room was on the 5th floor, and there is no lift in the building, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be quite tiring. The staff kindly helped me, which I really appreciated, especially since it was quite a lot of effort. This room had a nice view, but it felt a bit older compared to the first one, especially the bathroom. If I had to choose, I personally preferred the first room for its newer feel and comfort, but both stays were still pleasant in different ways."

"I had an early morning flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kunming, followed by a morning train from Kunming to Dali, so obviously my energy was completely drained. However, the moment I arrived at this hotel on 27 May 2026, the warm welcome from the staff instantly made me feel better. They even allowed me to check in early so I could rest and kindly offered me breakfast too, which I truly appreciated after the long journey. The hotel is super strategically located inside Dali Old Town — very easy to find, surrounded by everything, and honestly super cute! My room was amazing and so comfortable that I had one of the deepest sleeps ever to recover from the exhaustion! Before leaving, I even gifted my Nike Air Force sneakers, which were still in good condition, to one of the hotel staff. Hopefully they fit him well! 😄 Totally recommended this hotel if you’re visiting Dali."

"We will be back! This felt like a home away from home, except it had such a wonderful view of the lake. The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the railway station, which was very handy for us as we came over from Kunming and then went back. You're close to many of the central places and with DiDi taxi, it's super easy to get around from here. We will for sure book here again; we're already planning a visit back."

"Very nice hotel located in the Ancient City, which does not allow cars in until after midnight. This was no problem as the excellent service was able to help carry our luggage in and out. The rooftop garden has a beautiful view. The pool is not heated. The room is spacious with two patios but has an open plan bathroom which may not be suitable for those who need privacy. More towels for the children would be nice. The beds are very comfortable. There is a lovely tea set with nice local Pu’er tea in the room and some welcome rose cakes were provided for supper. Very clean and there is attention to small details throughout the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel in a very good location."

The inn has a charming atmosphere with tasteful décor that blends traditional style with modern comfort, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with comfortable bedding and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were also happy to offer helpful local recommendations and assistance whenever needed. The location is excellent, situated close to Dali Ancient City, making it easy to explore the historic streets, cafés, shops, and local attractions on foot while still enjoying a quiet and restful night’s sleep. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, authentic, and memorable experience in Dali. "Firstly, the Manager Mr Wang was super helpful. As v r arriving late, he waited for us at the designated car park. Then he was there to help us with the luggage as the hotel was inside the Shuanglang old town. Hotel room was clean n bathroom came with a heater which was a blessing for the chilly weather. Morning breakfast was delicious, the food came in set on a tray. Beautiful set-up in the breakfast area with a amazing view of the lake. The exterior of the hotel was landscaped for gorgeous photography shots."

"The services from the front desk was superb and responsive. They genuinely serve with a warm smile and we felt welcome always. They even extended a late check-out for us to one o’clock even though the hotel was highly booked and liaised with the Executive Lounge for us to rest and relax until 2.30pm. A big shout out to Miss Sissi from the Executive Lounge who made sure we were comfortable and provided light refreshment for our enjoyment. We felt good and honoured. The room condition is new and in immaculate condition. The Erhai lake facing view from the full ceiling to floor window is trully scenic giving a sense of peace and calm especially during sunset and early morning dawn. This itself already worth all the money! Amenities provided are top notch with auto controlled curtain, master switch for lightings, smart toilet and most importantly, a very comfortable bed and pillows. Glad we have chosen Pullman Dali over other highly rated guesthouses because of its high service quality standard and amenities which are unlikely from guesthouses. Strongly recommend Pullman Dali and will stay here again!"
