The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the street food market and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that we could store our bicycles safely in the lobby. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even better. We felt very comfortable here and would happily recommend it!"

"The overall stay experience on the first day was good, but the subsequent stay experience needs to be improved. First, after successfully placing an order to extend your stay in the original room, the order shows that you can extend your stay in the original room, but when you check in at the front desk, you are informed that there is a system problem and you cannot extend your stay in the original room and there is no same room type. Secondly, when waiting for the room to be adjusted, the front desk staff was obviously not familiar with the business. The problem was not solved after waiting for a long time. Later, another front desk staff member handled it and gave us the lowest room type, but there was no apology and no room upgrade. Thirdly, the room we were given was not clean enough. There was a lot of dander on the floor. We called the cleaning staff and they said it was a problem with the carpet and only dealt with it briefly."
