Garner Hotel CORNELIUS LAKE NORMAN by IHG ★★★

📍 19608 Liverpool Pkwy, Cornelius

"We chose this hotel specifically for its outdoor pool, among other amenities. We stayed for 9 nights, coinciding with some of the hottest days of the summer. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for the entirety of our stay. This meant we couldn't enjoy the feature we paid for and were looking forward to. It was disappointing not to have access to such an essential amenity, especially given the extreme heat."

"The front desk staff seemed confused about the situation. We agreed to check out a day early, but they kept processing it. Even when I checked out, they said there was no problem, but they still haven't refunded me. It feels like they're just trying to rip me off."

Greeted by pleasant staff who said please let me know if you need anything. Added to my list as a great place to stay next trip."
