"We stayed here for 6 nights. Overall, the hotel was okay and met basic expectations. One of the positives is the connection to New York City — you can take bus numbers 163 or 164, which go directly into the city in about 40 minutes. However, getting to the bus stop from the hotel requires around a 20-minute walk, which can be a bit inconvenient. On weekdays, the hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a great benefit and makes getting around much easier. We would especially like to thank the shuttle driver from the morning shift. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned that his father is Italian. He was extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and truly made a positive impression on us."
