"The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and comfortable, with a lovely wooden design. Unfortunately, there were several shortcomings during our stay: - Check-out at 10:30 a.m. is far too early, especially for guests arriving late at night. - Reception service was insufficient; there was little willingness to help or take initiative. - Staff lacked friendliness and hospitality. - Pool safety: the surveillance camera is partly blocked by a sun umbrella, so an incident in that area might not be noticed. - No pool supervision: two guests were throwing a ball very aggressively and disturbing others, with no staff intervention. - Spa shower: it repeatedly switched off, and the automatic button could not be reactivated immediately. - No air conditioning: the hotel was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep and also very warm throughout the common areas. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful structure and great potential, but the service, hospitality, safety supervision and guest comfort need significant improvement."

"The hotel is very clean, we had apartment Nr.6 it was very modern furnished. It was enough space, toilet is separate from the bathroom, we found it very good. Breakfast was not reading open wishes, coffee to latte, eggs freshly prepared in all variants, sauce and cheese regional, yoghurt..... The proximity to the path was great. Free slices were available, we had a lot of fun on the 4km long path. The owners were very nice and helpful. Just recommend!!"

"We had made a reservation for February 2024 and made a down payment (€2500). The money never arrived. It seemed that the hotel website/bankinfo was hacked by criminals. Unfortunately in today’s World this can happen, though I wonder if the hotel website was properly protected. The way I was treated by the hotel owner is beyond believe….she just hang up on me when I was trying to find out what actually happened. No compassion, no help whatsoever. No assistance to file a police report (together?). Not trying to meet part of the way. Really unprofessional and very unkind to say the least. Very frustrating all in all. We will never go there again. We filed police reports in Amsterdam and Fiss.."
