"My friend and I travelled from Calgary Alberta. We stayed two nights it was very quiet and clean. There was a meteor shower on the Saturday night and we watched it from our patio. Service was excellent. My friend forgot some things in the room and I was called by front desk staff to let me know ( one of the items were apple airpods) we still happened to be in town so we were able to get them; however, they even offered to ship it back to our home. It was very nice to see such honest hotel staff. Will definitely be going back in the summer for golf. "

"Unfortunately, we were unable to make our trip to Whitefish, due to health issues. When we tried to cancel our reservation, we were told that they would be unable to refund our money due to their 10 day minimum cancellation policy!!! WHO KNOWS THEY'RE GOING TO BE SICK 10 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME!!!! This policy is completely unfair and asinine!! The clerk who answered the phone, and spoke very broken English was not helpful and gave terse, robotic answers to all my questions. This may be a very lovely hotel, but I will never recommend it to anyone, or stay there myself ever again!!"
