"We had the warmest welcome on arrival at Crayfish lodge. The host and the staff were very attentive and responsive to our needs. We felt really at home. They even went far and beyond to ensure we had breakfast before checking out (we checked out very early in the morning). And the coolest thing: We were able to see Dolphins in the water from the balcony of our room "

"What a gem this place is. I had four extra days after a conference in Capetown and booked here after a brief online search.  Karen and Dave have made this a lovely place to be.  As soon as I arrived they invited me to a beer at the cozy pub onsite, gave me great advice on who to book with for shark diving and whale watching… and then later hiking in DeKelders … My “room” as a solo traveler was really a condo— a living room with kitchenette, and then upstairs the bedroom. Good food, good wifi, and good conversation made the experience an A +. Lulu the friendly dog cements the deal to make the place feel like home.!"
