"There was no shower liquid in the room on the night of the stay, and it was required to be added; but the waiter's attitude was still good. It’s not good to have breakfast in the morning. The so-called sandwich egg tart column has no taste. There is no way to put butter on the bread, but it’s just dry and eat without taste. No milk, only I can drink milk, my husband has no milk. No coffee, no one to add coffee to coffee maker, so that we have no coffee!"

"I stayed at this hotel last night on a work trip. I didn’t expect much due to the price but I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and welcoming all the staff were. The room and bathroom were both comfortable and immaculate. My room was the sea view which was stunning. I went down for my dinner and the service, presentation and taste was some of the best Turkish food I have ever had. I had to send a photo of the food to everyone. I really look forward to staying there again when I am next up there for work."

"This was the second time we have stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Beamish. The first time we were in one of the bungalows but this time we were in the main restaurant building. Due to the age of the building, it was very very noisy. The windows are single glazed and when trucks drove by the bed vibrated! You could hear people in the room above and next to us. People walking by in the corridor talking at a normal volume was like they were in the room with us. Food in the restaurant was average. The evening meal was overcooked and dry. Breakfast was nice enough and plentiful. The temperature in the room was good. The shower was also good. Bed was comfy enough. Staff were nice and friendly. Nothing to write home about though. It was cheap enough for what we wanted. We won’t however stay here the next time we go to Beamish in case we are put in the noisy main building again."

The room was good and it was super hot day.Went to ask for a fan and lady at the Reception told me that she is gona ask from her boss and will tell me in 20 minutes. I told her to call me but has not got any call, atleast if you are not giving let me know these are the basic ethics of Customer Service. Will not coming back if need, better to sleep in the car."

The room was clean and very quiet with comfortable beds and a lovely shower room, plus a TV. The food was plentiful and cooked very well. It was nice and hot when it arrived, and in no way expensive. "Noisiest hotel ever. Stayed 2 nights, door slamming people arguing, dogs barking. That was day 1... thought day 2 can't be as bad. It was worse! Everything went up a notch. Think everyone in the room had tourettes and had a completion of who could slam a door the loudest. The walls are paper thin. When asked for food or drink they never had what we asked for although was in the menu"
