Ha sido muy buena experiencia. El trato del personal ha sido inmejorable, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación muy cómoda y agradable, había un hervidor y diferentes infusiones para tomar, además había una nevera pequeña para poder tener agua fresca o lo que quieras. Caja fuerte gratis y tabla de planchar. Puedes regular la temperatura del aire a tu gusto. El desayuno era buffet, estaba bien. Por poner alguna pega, no tienen en cuenta las posibles alergias, las pinzas para coger los alimentos no están específicamente para cada alimento, por lo que no pude comer fruta, vi que había restos de kiwi en otras frutas y no me atreví a comer ninguna por si acaso.... Pero no fue problema porque había mucha variedad para poder desayunar otras cosas.

Falta servicio tecnico por la tarde , no funcionaba uno de los focos del aseo y no pudieron cambiar la bombilla porque no habia servicio a la llegada al hotel , a las 14,30 horas y dijeron que por la tarde no venia servicio tecnico. Personal de recepcion muy atento .

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but you get a big bang for your buck. Conveniently located on the way from Madrid airport to Andalucia, it serves its purpose quite well. (Very near the airport, we got in in approx 30 min with no traffic). Parking is easy and plentiful. Our room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The room itself was a bit smallish for 3 people (couch + double bed), but quite decent for 2. The bed was firm and supportive. Bathroom surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. No fancy amenities, but none are really expected in this price range. Very solid breakfast, with a good size breakfast room. A big shopping mall just across the street with plenty of dining options. Some kid entertainment as well - for smaller children. Bonus - there's a Costco in Getafe.

Todo excelente menos la hora del check out. En recepción nos habían indicado que el check out era a las 12h pero el servicio de limpieza vino hora y media antes de la salida. En menos de 30 min, el servicio de limpieza entró dos veces a la habitación para limpiar cuando nosotros todavía NO habíamos salido de la habitación. Nos sentimos echados, a lo que tuvimos que pedir disculpas y dejar la habitación rápidamente. Cuando salimos, la chica de limpieza nos dio las gracias por abandonar el cuarto pero... por qué tenemos que pedir disculpas si todavía no era la hora del check out ? no deberían pasar después de que dejemos la habitación? Me pareció que estaba mal organizado. También pude escuchar desde la habitación que hizo lo mismo a otras habitaciones en donde todavía había gente hospedada. El resto del personal fue muy amable, y el espacio me pareció muy jovial y bien decorado. La habitación estaba increíble.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

The rooms are simple and small (as most Ibis). Separated shower and WC. The rooms are quiet and efficient. The staff was great, our sink was not draining so someone came to try to unplug it. Hemos estado 3 dias en un bungalow, cierto que las instalaciones no son las mas modernas, pero debemos dar un 100% de buena puntuacion a la limpieza, amabilidad de la chica que nos atendio a la llegada, instalaciones perfectamente funcionando, como frigorifico, cocina, microondas, a/a... Limpieza diaria de los mismos. Y a las 22.00 hrs silencio total en todo el recinto. Zonas comunes como piscina y barbacoa fenomenal tambien. Personal del restaurante muy amables y simpaticos. Volveremos sin duda. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

We were greeted by very nice staff upon entry to the Hotel. We had a room with two single beds which were very comfy and the room itself was very spacious with ample closet space too. The bath area was nice but not ideal - It was not a separate room but a part of the room that was sectioned off using see through walls. Nice design but not want you want for the bathroom area. The wifi connection from my room was not the greatest, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. There was no breakfast included with our stay but instead they had a separate restaurant with different opening times throughout the day. The hotel was located near a Lidl and other shops so our breakfast arrangements were sorted. There are plenty of bus stops nearby and it is roughly a 20min walk from the station which was not so bad for me. I’d give this rating a 3.5/5 if possible

Falta servicio tecnico por la tarde , no funcionaba uno de los focos del aseo y no pudieron cambiar la bombilla porque no habia servicio a la llegada al hotel , a las 14,30 horas y dijeron que por la tarde no venia servicio tecnico. Personal de recepcion muy atento .

Todo excelente menos la hora del check out. En recepción nos habían indicado que el check out era a las 12h pero el servicio de limpieza vino hora y media antes de la salida. En menos de 30 min, el servicio de limpieza entró dos veces a la habitación para limpiar cuando nosotros todavía NO habíamos salido de la habitación. Nos sentimos echados, a lo que tuvimos que pedir disculpas y dejar la habitación rápidamente. Cuando salimos, la chica de limpieza nos dio las gracias por abandonar el cuarto pero... por qué tenemos que pedir disculpas si todavía no era la hora del check out ? no deberían pasar después de que dejemos la habitación? Me pareció que estaba mal organizado. También pude escuchar desde la habitación que hizo lo mismo a otras habitaciones en donde todavía había gente hospedada. El resto del personal fue muy amable, y el espacio me pareció muy jovial y bien decorado. La habitación estaba increíble.

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but you get a big bang for your buck. Conveniently located on the way from Madrid airport to Andalucia, it serves its purpose quite well. (Very near the airport, we got in in approx 30 min with no traffic). Parking is easy and plentiful. Our room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The room itself was a bit smallish for 3 people (couch + double bed), but quite decent for 2. The bed was firm and supportive. Bathroom surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. No fancy amenities, but none are really expected in this price range. Very solid breakfast, with a good size breakfast room. A big shopping mall just across the street with plenty of dining options. Some kid entertainment as well - for smaller children. Bonus - there's a Costco in Getafe.

Hemos estado 3 dias en un bungalow, cierto que las instalaciones no son las mas modernas, pero debemos dar un 100% de buena puntuacion a la limpieza, amabilidad de la chica que nos atendio a la llegada, instalaciones perfectamente funcionando, como frigorifico, cocina, microondas, a/a... Limpieza diaria de los mismos. Y a las 22.00 hrs silencio total en todo el recinto. Zonas comunes como piscina y barbacoa fenomenal tambien. Personal del restaurante muy amables y simpaticos. Volveremos sin duda. Un 10 en todos los sentidos.

Ha sido muy buena experiencia. El trato del personal ha sido inmejorable, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación muy cómoda y agradable, había un hervidor y diferentes infusiones para tomar, además había una nevera pequeña para poder tener agua fresca o lo que quieras. Caja fuerte gratis y tabla de planchar. Puedes regular la temperatura del aire a tu gusto. El desayuno era buffet, estaba bien. Por poner alguna pega, no tienen en cuenta las posibles alergias, las pinzas para coger los alimentos no están específicamente para cada alimento, por lo que no pude comer fruta, vi que había restos de kiwi en otras frutas y no me atreví a comer ninguna por si acaso.... Pero no fue problema porque había mucha variedad para poder desayunar otras cosas.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!
