"Stayed in Room 212 on July 27, 2026, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Before I even arrived, I called to let them know I was less than 10 minutes away. The employee aggressively demanded my card information over the phone, claiming there were “multiple guests waiting for the room.” I explained I was driving and wasn’t going to dig my wallet out while behind the wheel. Instead of working with me, she hung up on me. To make matters worse, I was quoted $83 over the phone, but when I arrived less than 10 minutes later, the price had somehow become $99. The room itself was unacceptable. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes and had a strong musty smell. The deadbolt had been ripped out of the wall, making the room feel unsafe. The walls were filthy from floor to ceiling with stains and grime everywhere. When I tried to get help from the front desk, the office door was locked and no one was at the service window, so there was no way to report the issues or get assistance. I have photos documenting the condition of the room. Between the misleading pricing, rude customer service, lack of security, poor maintenance, and inability to get help, I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere else."

"I enjoyed that the hotel very well maintained and smelled clean. The room itself a little musty and damp due to the high humidity and weather, but it was very clean. The tv was a little confusing on how to change channels. Bathroom was clean and had all that was needed for a shower and lotion after. There was a wardrobe closet that was neatly maintained with an iron and ironing board. Good sized room. The king sized bed has plenty of plushy pillows and bedding. It might be a little high for someone shorter or who has issues climbing into a bed that’s up high. Very basic coffee machine in the room. There’s a safe and a frig as well which is nice. Might be a nicer touch if there were complimentary bottles of water in the frig. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars if you only need to stay 3 or 4 days. The staff is very friendly. A young lady named Shi was at the front desk and she was so sweet and accommodating to any questions we had. The day we left, we were running behind and missed breakfast. I asked if maybe they had any extra rolls or muffins for us to take on the road. She was sweet enough to allow us to go into the breakfast area and pick out whatever we needed before we left. That was very kind of her and an example of going above and beyond for her customers. She greeted us and said goodbye with a smile, which definitely made our experience all the more better."
