"We stayed with the group of friends for visiting Kaziranga national park. We liked the spacious comfortable rooms, very friendly personnel and atmosphere. It’s nice that it’s in the walking distance to the Orchid park and it’s cool to go there, to walk and relax. I liked how neat and clean the hotel is. We are from Europe and not that adjusted yet to Indian spices and it was so precious that the kitchen staff made us feel so welcome and treated, they cooked special food for us without spices and very tasty: fish, chicken, awesome French fries. 🍟 We felt ourselves very loved. Special thanks to Dil Hazarika 😊. He managed everything with the kitchen in restaurant for us. And Dhruba at the reception — he helped my friend who left her passport at the hotel after the check out. He organized everything so she could get her passport before flight home. It was also my birthday during my stay and staff helped my friends to organize flowers bouquets and a cake. Thank you for that. I was impressed by the diversity and the quality of drinks at the bar — I ordered them for my celebration. What can be added for more )) There were no beer 🍺. It would be nice if possible, to have a glass of cool light beer after the safari day. And what should be noticed, that the pool isn’t that big as it seems on the photos. Thank you n for our wonderful stay. We will come back"

"Very clean and quiet place where you can enjoy the silence, birdsongs, sounds of wildlife and stargazing. the hotel is separated from the main road by the tea plantation so no noise or dust) the way to the main road is not ideal, but perceived as one more adventure) Absolutely new and fresh hotel, surprising how clean it is. The bathrooms, water heaters, clean windows, cozy sitting area near reception - everything is great! The hotel area is well-groomed, there is even a swing and place to gather around the fire. the staff is unobtrusive, but helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied; in three days we never looked for alternative options for dinner."

"This hotel is excellent. The staff, food, proximity to entry of Kaziranga central zone is very good. We reached around 12 and ordered for lunch. They quickly made food for 9 of us and very good food like home made. Not much spices. Dinner was also good. Breakfast was nice and hotel had a lawn, the kids can enjoy the lawn. Altogether the stay is memorable and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The property is pleasant and as shown in the pictures. However the top management at the reception needs a lot of improvement in customer dealing. I had temporarily lost my room key and conveyed the same at the reception, and they told me that they don't have any spare key or a master key and that the complete lock would have to be changed which would take 7 hours. Meanwhile, the people at the reception called the owner and started complaining in "Assamese " that these guests gave the key to their infant and hence lost it. Unbeknownst , I can understand the language pretty well, I said, why are you blaming my child? I've lost it and you can penalize for a spare key if you want but you can't talk like that about my child. So their solution was to wait for 6-7 hours and they will replace the lock. I even asked what they would have done in case of any emergency in the room,to which they had no reply. However, i found the key, and left without any further discussions with them."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Borgos Resort in Kaziranga around November 2024, and even today, the experience remains fresh in our memories — that’s how special it was. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and designed in a way that perfectly complements the natural charm of Kaziranga. The rooms were spacious, tastefully done, and extremely comfortable — truly giving a luxurious yet peaceful vibe. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable stay. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Pranjal Protim at the reception — his professionalism, courteous nature, and willingness to help made a significant difference to our experience. The cottages, with their elegant bamboo finish, are top-notch and blend beautifully with the natural surroundings. The food was good, though there’s room for improvement to match the otherwise excellent experience. One suggestion would be to include some indoor games or activities for kids, as there isn’t much to do after sunset.
