"The seawater is contaminated; practically the entire camp was extremely sick. The organization admits that this is due to the water. It is massively irresponsible to organize a camp here and, on top of that, offer low hygiene standards, considering the flies are dancing on the food. Three weeks after the camp, I still have symptoms."

" I would not recommend this place. The hospitality from the staff was very disappointing. Breakfast was poor in both quality and variety, definitely not what you expect. On top of that, there was very loud music in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. When we mentioned this issue to the staff, instead of handling it professionally, they treated us with disrespect. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience."

"Except the staff at the kitchen everybody else is extremely rude . The surprising thing is that Belguim manager who pretends to be professional , yet he has no manners or respect for his guest or the Moroccan culture . I’m urging the boss to do something and find himself a better supervisor because that guy has made our trip very bitter . We came late after 7 hours of driving , they were gathering smoking **** and igniting the fact that we arrived , a young g man came with an attitude and rudely say “ is this a time for checkin in “ now I am asking is this the way you speak to dear clients ? The city has so many amazing hotels just don’t stay here and don’t ruin your trip"

"Very unpleasant and disrespectful staff. Room was not ready at the check-in moment and very hard music till the midnight. After telling the staff that this we were not happy about the service and the hard music they treated us very bad by yelling at us. Breakfast was bad, old dry bread. Couldn't get new towels after swimming in the pool to use for a clean shower. There are way beter hotels for a better price in imsouane. Don't choose this one."
