"We had a great stay, our experience did not match the reviews online. The room was very comfortable, recently refubished, bed good, aircon and fan worked fine, quiet, and with an excellent ensuite bathroom, good shower, nice towels. Location is superb - we walked over the bridge to Circular Quay then easy ferry back. Good value given the location. We didn't see anyone but the room was clean and ready for us, communication was good, only minor grievance - WIFI good in our room but patchy elsewhere... We think we are reasonably fussy, will certainly stay here again next time we are in Sydney."

"Amazing place! Everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent communication from the host. I felt at home during my stay. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable. "I can’t understand the other reviews as it was spotlessly clean, quiet, great communication via text, easy to use facilities and a kitchen area with equipment. The position was excellent and in the beautiful area of Kirribilli. I thought it was good value despite a small room. The high ceiling and fan made it a comfortable temperature and I could have used air con."
