"Pretty decent Treebo Trend property. Stayed in MAPLE category room. It was quite spacious, with comfy spring mattress & clean linen, 32" LCD TV, AC, Intercom, E Kettle, Coffee Table & Sofa Seats, windows opening to a good view of the town, 24 Hrs Hot shower & overall elegantly furnished. B'fast Buffet was set up in Restaurant from 8.15 am onwards. It was a decent spread with Poha, Idli Sambar & Chutney, Bread Butter-Jam, Watermelon & Tea/coffee on Day 1 & Upma, Puri-Sagoo, Bread Butter-Jam, watermelon & tea/coffee on day 2. Staff at reception was helpful & always ready to assist. Located just 200 meters from Kushalnagar KSRTC Bus Stand. Busy Market area 200 meters away . Nisarga Veg, Banana Leaf, Shanti Bites, Royal warriors Bakery are some of the recommended dining options in vicinity. Buy local Wine ( Chilli Wine recommended ) from shop named Coorg Best Wines & Spices, Opp Acharya Jewellers on main street BN Road. Genuine products, reasonably priced, can bargain for Rs 50. The only problem with the allotted Maple Room # 205 was noisy ceiling fan & AC. The AC used to give loud 'Gun Shot' like sound every 15-20 minutes, which was a nuisance. Overall housekeeping should improve. Pest control treatment advised as many small cockroaches seen in the room. We will definitely stay here during next trip to Coorg. "

"Booked this hotel to travel with my family during the mid august 2025 time. The booking was done through treebo and believe me its the worst decision i could have made. Firstly this hotel super overcharges for what it can offer. The rooms are not worth Rs 800 per night and imagine the hotel asking for Rs 5000 a night on 15th august. The hotel doesn't have a parking and will only keep on saying sir dominoz will empty the space by 11.30pm and then you can park. The owner of the building is just making money and renting our spaces in a building without thinking of the guests and the amenities. Now comes the main part , the hotel staff on arrival wanted me to pay full advance without even putting the luggage and if you deny then they argue. Afterwards when we asked for basic things then they say go to shop nearby and buy. Next when we got a room we were given it only looks like a lodge. After spending the day in the night when we slept out of nowhere i find something crawling on my back and then when i jump out i have a cockroach crawling on the bed which i had to kill. Plus there are spiders crawling on the floor. In the morning when i showed this to the staff they are surprised and say that it has not happened Earlier and might be due to the rain and plants near by , we will clean it . Cut to this the owner on the checkout has no remorse who is the owners wife sitting at the reception. After arguing for full payment when i raised the complaint to treebo this hotel denied that incident never occurred ans said it is lie while i had already called it out to the staff. This is a ridiculous hotel where owner , staff will not listen to you and on top they lie over incidents that happen. The hotel rooms are very low grade with used bedsheets and dirty washrooms . Lastly i want to speak of the complimentary breakfast which is pure joke - in a private kitchen the cook or maid cooks something which is nothing but left overs. The food is not fresh neither food in taste. So please dont book thinking you ll get complimentary breakfast."

"DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL Rude staff -will not listen you, arrogant talk don't k ow how to talk with customer, and you are also help less when u come so far away Electric appliances not working no hot water( imagine hill station with chilled water) Reception and management will say go to other hotel if you don't like our service Treebo site will not help you they just give assurance no ground reality No good restaurant for food near by Hotel environmental will ruin your trip DON'T BOOK"

"Great value for money. Very near to places like Golden temple and Nisargadhama. It is on the Madikeri-Mysore highway and very easily accessible. Staff is very friendly and has information about in and around. Breakfast was good. Homemade jam which was provided with bread was very yummy. All in all a great stay."
