Hotel berhampiran Ekspo BEA Bern, Bern

The hotel was absolutely wonderful with its great hospitality! The location was perfect, being close to the train station . The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

Amazing hotel in the centre, everything close by foot :) I would prefer to have access to my city bus pass from the morning of the day of my arrival and not after check in, but I guess this is standard.

Just one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

Very close to the Bern train station and it is just within walking distance to most of the tourist attraction places. Staff are very polite and helpful.

I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel. • Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern. • After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation. • Later, the same male staff noticed I had been waiting for a long time and thoughtfully suggested I visit a nearby shopping center. His advice was very helpful—it gave me a relaxing place to wait close to the train station, without the stress of rushing or walking too far to the platform.

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and tidy. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bern. Highly recommended !

Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
