PPengguna TetamuЗамечательный отель!!! Если еще раз окажемся в Берне, то обязательно снова забронируем!!! Отличное расположение прямо рядом с вокзалом Wankdorf. Все было чисто и удобно, персонал очень вежливый и помогли нам оформить бесплатные транспортные карты на проезд внутри города. Бесконтактная система заселения очень удобна 👍 Внизу есть супермаркет, а на общем этаже есть диванчики, бильярд и всякие разные настольные игры. Из окон квартиры видно горы!

AAlberto Gómez PiñaThe Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

PPengguna Tetamuplace are in center of bern. everything is nearby and walking distance , can save more pennies . you dont need an cab at all. railways is next, even beautiful viewpoint is just 10 mins walk. the clock tower just 5 mins walk. and so easy to check in. all is just on ur mobile phone apps. happy with my stay. with our spacious room. i dont have proper photos. since we have early check out. but is looks way more bigger than picture. can accomodate even 5 person in bed . it says double but i think both bed are queen size. 🤣🥰❤️
so comfy bed too.

CChiayeeAmazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition.
Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

PPengguna TetamuHotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.
