PPengguna TetamuHotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and we had a free mini bar. However, the room gets humid soon when you take a shower and the airconditioning/ventilation isn’t the best. We could also hear our neighbors upstairs well. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took our room key with them and forgot to refill the mini bar.

PPengguna TetamuGood location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

EE18220****房間比較小，走精緻化擺設路線。服務人員會在大廳，若有問題可以問詢。大廳還有免費可以使用的咖啡機和飲水機，還有冰箱和製冰機，都在廚房區域，入住時看到有人在做飯。還有一個遊戲室，整體感覺比較像是民宿；大多數是自助為主，可以免費寄放行李，如果不方便使用手機入住，也可以在大廳自行製作房卡使用，整體還是不錯的！ 入住期間剛好聖誕市集開放，就在隔壁兩分鐘的路程，很是方便，就是距離火車站稍稍遠一些。

PPengguna TetamuJust one reminder for those who want to book this room as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it) Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

LLEYINNice little hotel in the Bern Area. Check-in was a bit rough though, as online, it would frequently glitch and was a little bit hard to use. However, the rooms themselves were great, as they had all the amenities a good hotel would need, and also some comfy beds!

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you
