The Service was exceptional, staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everything was delivered and acted upon very fast. The room was immaculate, they do an evening turn down to prepare for sleep and light an incense stick and essential oil that changes every day, the amenities inside the room are of very good quality baccarat glass wear and Dyson hair dryer etc, rooms are spacious with enough seating area and make up stations in the big walk in wardrobe area. The outdoor area is very comfortable and the bath is wonderful in an evening. The spa is a must visit very well educated and trained staff that tailor the experience just for you. The restaurants serve excellent variety and quality food. It is a must return hotel after you visit once you will definitely want to come back

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

Check in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

An outstanding luxury hotel. Unrivalled location, just a few metres from Civic Centre metro station. Large, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant lobby for waiting or meetings. Service was warm, polite and quick, and included some fruit sent up to the room. The views are excellent, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. For entertainment, the room TV has a very reasonably-priced range of films. The breakfast is probably the best in Dongguan, with a huge range of options. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments. Room & Service: The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite.
