The Service was exceptional, staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Everything was delivered and acted upon very fast. The room was immaculate, they do an evening turn down to prepare for sleep and light an incense stick and essential oil that changes every day, the amenities inside the room are of very good quality baccarat glass wear and Dyson hair dryer etc, rooms are spacious with enough seating area and make up stations in the big walk in wardrobe area. The outdoor area is very comfortable and the bath is wonderful in an evening. The spa is a must visit very well educated and trained staff that tailor the experience just for you. The restaurants serve excellent variety and quality food. It is a must return hotel after you visit once you will definitely want to come back

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

An outstanding luxury hotel. Unrivalled location, just a few metres from Civic Centre metro station. Large, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant lobby for waiting or meetings. Service was warm, polite and quick, and included some fruit sent up to the room. The views are excellent, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom well-appointed. For entertainment, the room TV has a very reasonably-priced range of films. The breakfast is probably the best in Dongguan, with a huge range of options. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

Great Hotel with Excellent Facilities, But Poor Tennis Court Experience We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located just 700 meters from the metro, making it easy to reach. The property is spacious and includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, sauna, gym, a tennis court (details below), a large dining hall, and two separate massage areas offering various treatments. Room & Service: The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and polite. Food: We’d rate the food 3.5 out of 5. The buffet is advertised as European, but the dishes lean heavily toward Chinese cuisine. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste, so we decided to skip dinner. Massage: There are two massage salons. We booked a foot massage, but the therapists ended up giving us an almost full-body massage, paying extra attention to sore areas.
