Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed at Atour Hotel during my personal trip. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very convenient, right at Sanyang Plaza. There’s a Lawson convenience store next door and a 99 Mall just across the street, which makes it easy to buy snacks or daily items. Staff were polite and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

This hotel has a very high floor rooms and we had an amazing experience and view from our room at the 62nd floor. The breakfast was also good at the 64th floor .

We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I left an item in the room after check-out, and the team was very helpful in making sure I got it back. Their support was greatly appreciated. A very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Everything is good accept for the fact that they given me a room that was shown in one of the picture. I have people (yes, more than once) trying to open my door and knock on it thinking it is the hotel reception/office.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

I expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.

這家酒店的地理位置簡直太方便了！臨近高鐵站，太湖、萬達廣場，周邊餐飲、便利店選擇很多，解決吃飯和購物完全不是問題。雖然地處繁華地段，但房間內很安靜。房間大小合適，佈局合理，基本設施完善且維護得很好。以這個地段和價格來説，性價比真的非常高！服務人員態度也很好，反應迅速。強烈推薦給注重出行便利和性價比的朋友！
