Hotel berhampiran Gunung Tianmen, Zhangjiajie

I specifically booked the room because of the large floor to ceiling window. I was initially put in a room with super small windows, quite dark and I had to ask for the room I actually booked. Unfortunately there is a massive building and construction site right in of window! So, despite the room being really nice and comfortable, in that specific topic, the pictures are quite misleading overall. There was not so much noise from the construction, but the ”mountain view is sideways. The location is super convenient. The bus line 17 stops few meters from the hotel and connects to the high speed station. The cable to the mountain is just a couple of minutes walking distance. 1 person of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and does everything to give you information and help. The other one doesn't speak a word of English, struggles to use translator app but also puts no effort. It was really hard to communicate. The restaurants below the hotel are good.

The staff were very supportive. The hotel is in easily reachable location with multiple supermarkets just downstairs. We found the rooms very clean and tidy. I would easily say 5 stars.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome with their kindness and warm hospitality. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. There was a good variety of options in breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Perfectly located within a few minutes walk from Tianmen Mountain cableway - both lines A & B depart from there. I did research before I came and was planning to take line A which most people take. When I asked hotel staff to help me with purchasing the tickets, they were knowledgeable and advised me a section of line A cableway was suspended for construction so recommended to take line B instead and I'm glad I did. There are lots of restaurants along the way and a convenient store downstairs. Across the street from the cableway, there's are even more smaller local eateries. The hotel decor was modern and cozy. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Inside the room, there were welcome fruits and welcome pack with some very thoughtful items such as steam eye mask and heat pads. Plenty of power sockets to charge phones and things. We loved the soft touches such as emoji puzzle while waiting at the lift and the paper strips with the address of useful places. We arrived by high speed rail and contacted the hotel (through trip.com app) to help us get tickets for the cableway. They offered to pick us up from the HSR with clear instructions on where to meet with no hiccups at all. Everything was perfect. When we checked in, the staff patiently explained how we can best cover the scenic spots that we wanted to visit. Overall, a very enjoying stay! Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and incredibly helpful, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with Zhangjiajie. They went above and beyond to provide us with useful travel tips and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was truly outstanding, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is also perfect, very strategic and convenient for exploring the main attractions in Zhangjiajie. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Menginap di hotel ini pada hujung minggu, pengalaman yang hebat! Lokasi sangat strategik, pengangkutan mudah, dan banyak pilihan makanan di sekitarnya. Sambutan di kaunter hadapan sangat mesra dan cekap, urusan daftar masuk pantas dan lancar. Bilik bersih dan kemas, cadar katil selesa, membuatkan tidur lena sepanjang malam. Kemudahan juga lengkap, dan ada sarapan percuma dengan pelbagai jenis hidangan. Pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

The receptionists were very friendly and communicative - they reached out when we hadn’t checked in past th check-in time and made sure to accommodate our room requests. The front desk gave us a free upgrade when we arrived! The receptionist who checked us in also informed us about the potential noises from construction site and airport nearby, however, we did not hear anything when sleeping. They also provided a pair of ear plugs in the room for light sleepers. This location is very close to the Tianmenshan cableway, and you can take 40 minutes public bus ride to either the East Gate or South Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park at the bus stop a little past the McDonalds.

We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and they let us check in early. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with view of the mountain (we had initially booked city view) and included breakfast coupon. Their service was excellent. They were responsive at all times on WeChat. The location was also very convenient as the cable car was only a 10 mins walk and bullet train station was 15 mins away. There a lot of great restaurants around the hotel that we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Zhangjiajie.
